Sarah was exceptional - her commitment, attention to EVERYTHING detail and professionalism was second to none. As a type-A bride, I never thought I’d be able to relinquish control, but Sarah made it ridiculously easy was able to totally relax and enjoy the day knowing everything was in hand. We genuinely couldn’t have had our wedding without her and the team and will be recommending I Do HQ to everyone.

From a decor point of view, Sarah provided incredible attention to detail once again, including sampling different dyes to get the perfect lilac. She brought our vision to life perfectly!

I can’t stress enough how much I would recommend IDo HQ!! Sarah was absolutely amazing, she knew exactly what my vision was, even with my bad attempts to express it!! She was fabulous. Sarah and her team were amazing on the day, they only had two hours of set up time due to our venues timings, in that time they created the perfect space. We used IdoHQ for our engagement party, I had looked everywhere for a disco ball set up and thankfully Sarah messaged to say she would love to help! It happened to be Sarah’s wedding the same weekend but she still managed to pull it all off. She delivered it all to us, with step by step instructions and videos on how to set it all up. She couldn’t have made it any easier for us. Highly recommend Sarah and her team and we will definitely use her for our wedding party.

After seeing IDo HQ plan my sisters wedding, I knew I wanted to get in touch for an advisory call as soon as I started my own wedding journey. I had a one off call where the lovely Sarah answered all of my (and there was a lot) questions. She was so informative and professional which meant I came off the call with so much knowledge about different aspects of the planning process.

Sarah was super helpful and extremely flexible. Our plan changed due to the weather and she kindly agreed to change the layout of the decorations we had agreed on to suit the new plan. She spent hours, well into the evening before the wedding making sure everything was right. She was also extremely patient while operating the photo booth the night of our wedding. All in all, working with Sarah was a great decision and we would recommend her to anyone looking to remove a lot of the stress from their wedding preparations.

Sarah is the most organised, calming and reliable person - just what you need in both wedding planning and on the day coordination. She was the best investment we made throughout the whole wedding.

Sarah helped with the planning of our week long Arab wedding, held in Morocco. She supported us every step of the way, using her experience whilst also listening to the cultural traditions we wanted to incorporate, making the day completely as we’d wanted.

Sarah goes the extra mile and even attended our wedding in Morocco to coordinate. Having her attend allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the day without worrying about the logistics and what was going on behind the scene.

We cannot thank Sarah enough for her expertise and support in every aspect of our wedding planning. She really helped ease away all the stresses throughout the whole process covering all the planning, liaising with outside agencies to even being a helping hand on the day ensuring we got the best photos to the finer decor details she even ensured and executed a back up plan to factor in the unexpected very wet weather!
The decorations we hired from the table decor, sweet cart, dance floor , Photo Booth to name a few were all excellent quality and really made our venue special.
Sarah worked so well to a small budget showing wedding planners aren’t just for the super lavish weddings and worked to our less than traditional wedding ideas.
