Popped into the shop for urgent advice. Very helpful, practical and reassuring.

I’ve used iDoctor, Sheffield ( Chesterfield Rd, Heeley) a number of times in the last few years and have found them to be excellent.

They’re friendly, welcoming, and professional and have sorted out iPhones and iPads quickly and at a very competitive price ( sometimes for free, if it’s a simple issue) and, where no fox can be made, they’ve been upfront and clear.

Transparent pricing, speedy service, and friendly attitude - highly recommended indeed

Apple told me my iPad Pro was worthless and couldn’t be repaired. Idoctor replaced the screen and it’s as good as new. According to Apple this couldn’t be done

iPad 12.9 sent Thursday afternoon - delivered back 0930 Sat. That’s faster than the only 2 repairers both 25 miles away.
And both said they would only repair glass AND LCD.
A quick call before sending made me confident they would do a good job fast and I couldn’t be happier.
Fair prices too given the difficult job.
Our family has a dozen Apple devices all with one issue or another so there’ll be a steady stream of repair requests to iDoctor now.

I sent my iPad in for a screen replacement I had too call 3 times to see where my iPad was. I spoke to Oli who advised me that I selected the wrong glass replacement and there was an additional £60 to pay. I was happy with that and was sent an invoice for the £60 which I paid straight away. Next Oli called to say they had sent me someone else’s iPad and could I send it back, I asked where my iPad was it was being retained until they’re received the other iPad back. Oli told me as a gesture they would refund the £60, I also advised Oli I had bought a brand new screen saver and put it on what I thought was my iPad. Oli advised he would order the same screen saver if I provided the Amazon link. I have since received my iPad back, I have sent numerous emails regarding refund and screen saver, as I expected radio silence.

IDoctor offer no transparency of where your device is in the system luckily I paid extra because of the value that I got a photo which showed it was delivered. It was on me to do all the chasing the only time I was called was to tell me I had someone else’s iPad. It took over two weeks to get my iPad screen repaired

I’d smashed the glass back on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, Apple wanted a small fortune to replace. The Guys at Idoctoruk replaced the back for £75 there was a delay but I was kept informed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Many thanks

Really great fix, and excellent service. Phone return delayed because of a crack that ocurred on the front, they fixed it and communicated the reason for the delay. Great experience all round.

We used idoctor just before Christmas for a cracked iPad screen and they were fantastic! Perfect condition once we got it back. Just had to go back to them cause the home button slid under the screen and they’re fixed it and rang me back in (give or take a few mins) 45 minutes! Lovely fellas who run the shop, geniuses who repair the products. Thank you guys! 6*’s if possibly!

Posted my phone myself recorded delivery on Tuesday, had it back by Saturday. Phone looks as good as new, as others have said, for a fraction of the price Apple charges! I was nervous to send it off, but I needn’t have been - thanks v much!

I sent an iphone 12 in for repair last year as the faceid camera was broken. They returned it and it still didn't work. After much chasing, they eventually took it back for repair and again didn't fix it. I ended up doing a claim back from my credit card company for the phone. The reason I have come back now with a bad review is that the screen on the phone broke and I used a more professional company. They told me that whoever repaired the phone before left glue and damage inside making it impossible to repair again.

Worse than not fixing my phone, idoctoruk made the phone worthless.

Just wanted to give a big shout-out for Oi and Co at Idoctor UK in Sheffield.

My wife’s iPad mini 5 gave up the ghost one morning and, in spite of me replacing the battery, it still didn’t work; wouldn’t startup or respond to the charge lead.

Apple wanted £329 to repair it, which seemed like a waste of money, so I Googled and found iDoctor.

They charged 29.95 plus postage to diagnose the issue and a further £90 to do the necessary repair.

I found their entire service to be quick, friendly and highly competent.

I’ve had the iPad back for nearly a month now and it works perfectly.
