Terrible

Placed an order Jan 29th 2025 one halter turned up damaged, other two are junk they advertise them as breakaway, they are not. Still waiting on the rest of my order which was a lot, they don’t respond, take down your Instagram comments on their new promotion with 7 day guarantee delivery, no refund, no nothing. Orders cancelled and business takeovers then impacting orders allegedly, customer service is a disgrace they should not be in business.

They are 100% a total scam

They are 100% a total scam, DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I ordered a personalized halter, they never sent it, stopped responding over email, gave me the same auto reply email and over a year and a half later i never saw any item. It's too late to file through my credit card because they kept lying and saying they were sending it when i reached out at the beginning. Please don't buy from them!!!!!

Still Waiting on my Order

I ordered a personalized halter and lead in April. In July I contacted the company to let them know I needed it for a show in August. They said I could pay for expedited shipping (this is 3 months after it was ordered, they wanted me to pay to expedite it). I checked in with the company every few months, they kept saying it would arrive the next month. The last email said November 2025 at the latest. That was the last email they responded to and still no halter or refund.

Avoid

I ordered a halter, nameplate and lead in December 2024.
I have contacted them so many times it’s ridiculous but I finally got a reply October 2025! I have since received the halter and nameplate but no lead. Nearly a year for part of an order is diabolical to say the least and I highly doubt I’d of received anything if I hadn’t of left complaints in their Facebook page. I would avoid this company at all costs!

If I could give a ZERO I would

If I could give a ZERO I would. I ordered halters in March. Waited until September and was given the runaround. Then they canceled my order but kept my payment. I called my credit card and they issued a refund. Magically they showed up at my doorstep with a $50 shipping charge! I refused the package. Now I'm disputing that with UPS!

It does take months to receive, but you do get it.

I ordered back in February 2025 I had moved and was able to change my address by emailing them. I yet again moved and had to change my address again they were very fast in replying and sending emails back. I had read that the turn around time could be 6 to 8 months I was fine with that. I received my halter the around October 8, 2025. It's well made and very nice color.
Yes I received the cancellation email and idoggo was quick to inform customers of a disgruntled ex employee sent out the emails. I believe they are overwhelmed with orders and getting materials in. Plus now days nobody wants to work, so I believe help is also a big issue. They are a small company and every halter is hand made, not by machines. Would I order from them again yes I would. Those on here complaining expected everything to show up with in a few weeks of ordering. This isn't some large company or Amazon, they make the halters as orders come in. Now days folks are not patient, hand made takes time. Or go buy off Amazon if you want fast and cheap made.

Wish I could rate zero stars!!

Wish I could rate zero stars!!! I placed an order in April and sent several emails asking when it will arrive. I have been ignored and still no head collars have arrived. I have been more then patient but now when trying to go onto their website it looks like it has closed down and page isn't found. Trying to go through the bank for a refund but AVOID AVOID this company !!!!

This company is a legitimate scam who's taking thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars from people. Even when you request a refund because they have not delivered a product in a year, they tell you your refund is going to take weeks. This place needs to be investigated. This is blatant fraudulent behavior.

Ten months is insanity

Ten months I've been waiting for two halters. I tried to be patient, but nobody has replied to me for about 8 months now, when I was told my order was being shipped in the next shipment. On and on with excuses and promises on their social media, but we still have no halters and nobody will reply for a refund.

Would do zero stars if able. Ordered 5 months ago for my daughter’s birthday, never received product. They only ever answered one email. They cancelled my order but never refunded and then stated “it’s not cancelled” but all info points to disgruntled workers trying to “make things right” and still no changes in the actual order delivery. No tracking updates, no customer service response.

Placed order in May for my son's…

Placed order in May for my son's birthday in June and still not arrived in Spetember. Several generic emails received to say order is being processed but not a single delivery commitment. Complete scam, even the website had been taken down now.

Great product, questionable customer service

I first ordered from them at the start of December 2024. I heard nothing until the head collar arrived 3 months later. It was a lovely head collar, I was very p!eased with it, but I did feedback to them that their customer service was poor. I actually felt sorry for them as their product is nice, so figured that they were victims of their own success. I decided to order again in early April this year. Nothing received so far. I agree with another reviewer: stop taking orders until.you get on top of them! Such a shame as the product is lovely.

Throw your money away!

10 months later, iDoggos still has my money, I have no product, but they offer a non stop litany of excuses. They talk a great game, but literally do NOT deliver. They ought to be investigated for fraud by Canada Post *and* USPS. They'd certainly not appreciate the scrutiny. But I know my money is LONG, long gone. I just wish they'd stop screwing new people over.

Buyers BEWARE

I ordered several halters back in February. I have contacted the company multiple times and have been promised that those halters would be going out at various times. I still am sitting now in August with no results. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and they will not refund my money. i’ve tried to extend Grace and patience for six months.

I would give no stars if it were…

I would give no stars if it were possible, and I should have read the reviews before attempting to order from this company.
I didn’t mind that delivery would take a while, but did attempt to make contact after 4 months, no reply to my initial email.
When I emailed again a second time I received a reply confirming that my order would be delivered by the end of July.
A week went past, I then received another email stating the my order was cancelled and would be refunded, this was mid July.
No refund has been received and no response to any emails since.
Lesson learned to read reviews, trust what has been written, never order from companies who advertise on Facebook without proper research and if it seems to good to be true it usually is.
People work hard to earn their money, I hope the people who own these “companies” experience the same karma one day. Shame on you idoggios.
