Bought the IDOO I-C-015
Double Inflatable Mattress for occasional use in July. We used it in accordance with all the instructions on a few occasions for a few nights at a time. Just a few months later and maybe four times used, it deflated in the night. When we found the leak it was a split around a part in the flocked top. The manual indicates repairs can’t be done there. Contacted Idoo World, they were unable to help. Waste of time, waste of money. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Purchased a SAGE microwave from them that came with 1 year warranty.

Broke down literally on the year, firstly they ignored emails and when I escalated tried to say it was 6 month warranty and then said it was still out of warranty so wouldn't help.

Gave me incorrect details for paid repair as well.

Please do not use.

I bought an air bed double size
There are two ways to inflate one via the electrics and one is manual. On the manual valve, a small black piece was missing which prevents me from being able to inflate when at festivals. When you take the pump out of the valve, it simply deflates quickly. My friend has the same bed and it came with a black piece on the valve which stops any air escaping once you inflate it. The company refused to tell me where I can get the black piece from they refuse to tell me where the products are made and they refuse to help me at all because I bought it on Amazon. They asked me to send pictures which I did so they could really understand the simple issue I have, but then they declined to Help once I started asking where the bed was made.They then said it was out of warranty and was unable to help me so they would rather it be wasted. They do not have any concern for the environment.

I bought a composter on Amazon for my mom and me 😏this IDOO Composter so the manufacturer doesn't know what wrong with it 🤨 seriously 🤨 So I got a refund from Amazon come on guys you made the product and now they expect me to research a different composter

I received an Idoo Hydroponics Garden Kit IG201 for my birthday but it fails because of that 'oh so common' complaint - "inadequate and poor instructions". Lots of bits and pieces that are off-putting when you open up the kit but, most of all, it's a kit that depends on a water pump but the instructions do not tell me where to stick the pump (yes, I can think of a few places) which is integral to the operation of the whole thing. No pics of it in position but a dark photgraph on page 3 which is impossible to make out.

Lots of unexplained bits like black moustaches and mouldings in the case that are unexplained.

Care has been taken to try and illuminate the reader but it's not a good try. By and large, it's all a bit flummoxing, why cannot manufacturers - and those who market their products - get together with potential buyers and find out the drawbacks of what they are flogging?
As may be evident, pretty irritated with this.
