I ordered two puzzles for my mom who is 75 years old~ I have to say that the order did take 18 days to arrive and I was getting a bit nervous~ however, the id team & Mr. Simon gave usps tracking info and stayed in perfect email communication with me the entire time. My puzzles arrived yesterday and are Wonderful! They were also packaged very nice and even came with two glossy 8x10 photos of the photos that are printed on the puzzle pieces ~ a added bonus that my mom will just love! A Great Big Thank You to Mr. Simon and idposters for wonderful products and outstanding customer service! I will most definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you!

BEWARE! This site contains copyright images which have been stolen from my site which was hacked and thousands of images were downloaded illegally.

Now they are being illegally sold on this site as posters and other merchandising items. The stolen images are of heavy metal and hard rock bands and artists e.g. Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, etc.

I have instructed my attorneys in New York to pursue every example of infringement under US Federal Copyright Law which grants statutory damages of $15,000 USD in each and every instance.

The website has no contact details e.g. address, telephone number, email address and they appear to be registered in the Ukraine and have withheld their registration details from the WhoIs Registry of domain names.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS SITE!

I have ordered many times. At times the items are slow to arrive but the quality is always great and the communication is good.

A very good website. Item arrived well packed. Good communication too with emails.

The poster was smaller than I expected but that is not the companies fault. I should have read the details about the item. All in all I think my daughter will be pleased with the gift.

Ordered three items. Initially received two very quickly, but third was nowhere to be seen. Waited a good few days but still missing so emailed to ask. purchased item on aug 31 today is sept 15 still no item your policy stated Shipping & Returns - Timing: Order will be processed within 1 business day. Delivery time: about 6-9 business days. your company never emailed me with a tracking number so that i can keep track for item nor your website has mention delayed on shipments. i also emailed your company before opening a case and you never replied back till now this poster was for a back ground for birthday party for sept 12 had to purchase poster else ware no longer need the poster
