BEWARE - iDrive does not adhere to it's agreements and debited our bank account without authorization.
iDrive withdrew $8,519.88 from our company’s bank account without authorization and without any contractual basis. No invoice, no notice - the debit simply appeared.
After several days of investigation, their team acknowledged the debit was related to their customers’ unpaid invoices, even though our agreement does not make us liable for those charges.
We requested the funds be returned, and they flat out refused, and fabricated a justification that we "vouched" for the customer - nothing like this exists in the agreement. Instead the agreement states, "nothing in this agreement shall be construed to give rise to fiduciary duties or extra-contractual obligations of any kind."
