Good customer support and quick…
Good customer support, professional and quick shipping. I purchased the Lena necklace. The only thing I found annoying was the diamond piece keeps folding backwards. Any tips there? Also, they refused Klarna. Don't know if that has anything to do with AUD.
I have my eye on a several other pieces. I totally recommend idyl.

I purchased the small stud earrings
I purchased the small stud earrings. The discount of 10% was an incentive. I like the fact that they have a four payment process through Klarna. I have also purchased an additional stack set. The shipping was fast and the packaging was well done.
Feedback: please include flat backs (labret). I personally cannot stand the backings of these earrings. Oftentimes the prong is too long and it digs into my head when I sleep. You offer this in the mini style and nothing else.
Personal opinion: I find the cost steep. I purchase fine jewelry consistently and I have much better quality pieces that I purchased for less. There is no rational reason for one earring to cost 500 Canadian when you can purchase two pairs at your local jewelry store for much less. The only reason I bit the bullet for this was because I like the sets, yet not an innovative concept, It was all about the style for me. If I purchase again it will have to be something unique and worth the price. I gave this product five stars because the transaction was without issues and everything I stated is more of a personal criticism.
