I have had to return multiple items…

I have had to return multiple items purchased here as they have not worked. If items were actually tested properly this would be an amazing store. However, At least items can be returned and they provide a place to purchase these older items with real buyer protection. Just needs to be run better.

Great place to purchase from

Great place to purchase from usually buy from their online shop and delivery is always on time. Had an issue with only one item so I returned it to the shop. The staff were really helpful and gave me a replacement straight away

not perfect, but still great experience

I got my package as I ordered it, it's perfectly functional for the purpose I got it for and any damage was minor and easily fixed. for reference I got a ps4 version of Minecraft and it was a bit of minor damage at the bottom of the case but was pretty much intact and the disc is perfect. they told me when it was dispatched and overall I enjoyed my experience with CeX.
