Recent terrible experience with this company. I ordered shorts back in July, 2025 and as of this January, 2026 I still have not received anything; 6 months later. I have sent countless emails now asking for a status update and then a refund once several months had gone by; the majority of which have not been responded to by iEDM. In addition to that the one similar item I did receive was not good quality - the image was not clear at all and lacked the resolution of similar products I have bought from other companies. There was a point where I liked the service & quality of iEDM but it appears in the last year or so things have gone majorly downhill. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on merchandise in the past with this company, but will now never be purchasing from them again due to this terrible experience I’ve had with them. 0 stars.

The product designs are really cool but the prices are insane for how awful the material is. I bought 2 shirts and a hat for $322.08 and all of it feels like its made out of a thin plastic curtain and it didnt fit well at all. Had to take it to an alteration place to get it fitted, the medium size shirt fit huge. I would love this store if the prices reflected the quality, but unfortunately at these prices id never recommend this store to anyone.

I have been purchasing merch from this company since 2019. I love the vibrant fun designs because my partner dresses very colorful so I would buy him an hoodie and/or a t-shirt at least once a year. Sadly, over the years it seems as though the quality of material is going downhill while prices are either the same or more expensive. The material on both shirt and hoodie is so thin and while it feels soft, it doesn’t keep you very warm compared to the hoodie I got him in 2019 which he still has. The hoods are no longer double lined and the seams in the shirts and hoodies start to unravel after the first wash. I’m really disappointed because I love this company but with the thinner feeling material and seams coming apart so quickly, I’m not sure I can continue purchasing from here. I had noticed that the tags no longer say “Made in California” but “Assembled in the US” so maybe it’s the outsourcing? I’m not sure but I hope someone sees this and helps with the quality of material being used.
UPDATE: I wanted to update my review as Joanna from customer service was so kind and helpful. With a big company, it’s easy to feel like your feedback will be lost in the wind but I feel heard. I was surprised that someone reached out explaining what was going on rather than provide excuses. I’m willing to give them another try because of the special place it holds. I will update my review when I do but until then, I wouldn’t completely discredit this company. They do seem to care and I do enjoy their products.

Good communication. Took a minute for shipping but that was because of Christmas holiday. Love the quality of my hoodie. First day wearing it out and got a strangers complement. Very happy here and can't wait to get more goodies from them. Cheers

It was so nice to finally be able to purchase an item that I know my money is going to the artist that created it. I’ve ordered a few times and every time everything is great.

Ordered 9 hoodies on Dec 1st and they arrived just in time for Christmas.

Quality! Stitching is exact, colors do not wash out. Design stays 'Crisp', even after multiple washes! Fit is great, as well!

I have ordered from them twice, and their products are very high quality with vibrant colors. Shipping takes a little longer because they custom print everything, but it's worth it.

I absolutely love IEDM! The clothes are comfy, with stunning colors and patterns. I wear the outfits everywhere now, they are very versatile. I like how you can interchange pieces and have matching sets with your partner. Customer service is incredible for and questions or order issues, I really appreciate all you do!

Originally I was skeptical due to price, but after repeated wear, multiple washes, and lots of factors the clothes still held up. Started with hoodies, moved to tanks, have a hooded blanket, and just recently bought my first T’s. Often get compliments while rocking a 6+ year old hoodies.

Toss in some solid sales and a good customer service team and yeah… no reason not to keep coming back. Those are the reasons I’m looking forward to breaking in my new arrivals!!

Communicate more … and be honest with the customers… you guys have very nice 🔥🔥 merchandise very unique … so sometimes customers are willing to wait as long we get truthful answers from company . Waited almost 3 months for an item and was given the runaround week after week and never received item .. i never knew about your situation loosing the manufacturer that made your product.. I wish your company the the very best .. Happy Holidays

IEDM has long been my go to for original, vibrant, graphic tees. The amount of positive comments I have received by strangers regarding my attire is hard to count. (Also get some funny looks from people who are afraid of too much color haha). I know that the company has had some recent struggles from suppliers which resulted in some clothing that was not at the same level as their norm but it sounds like they worked through these issues. They were also very understanding and accommodating with replacements and returns. Despite the hiccups, the designs are worth it.

I bought 2 pair of leggings and 2 pair of shorts all at different times. I love them all and get many compliments on them. The colors do not fade. They have all been washed several times. Good quality.
