Every experience i have had with I Feel Beautiful Canada has been outstanding. They are continuing to expand with more Indie brands, their website is very easy to navigate, and their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I've placed 5 orders since the website started and every time they provided a great service. Fast shipping, good packaging, and no issues.

They always package products so well so nothing will break! On the off chance my product was defective they help you reach out to the vendor so the shade can be replaced. Great customer service and they can also offer to hold your package so you can pay for shipping later to save on shipping if you’re like me and want to save that way.

I'm always scared to buy from smaller/lesser known online stores but I had a great experience with I feel beautiful!! Not having to pay an arm and a leg for shipping was such a relief and I received my order in less than 3 days (I live in Alberta). Packaging was good and the item was exactly how it was supposed to be :)

Turn around time was 1 day and my order arrived in tact and beautifully wrapped.

Great experience shipping all the way to aus again, yes it’s pricey but the owner takes so much care in packaging and protecting fragile makeup that it makes it totally worth it! Love this store, perfect for getting indie makeup in one spot, I have ordered from them three times and have never had any issues :) big up from Aus!

I Feel Beautiful provides products that are otherwise inaccessible in Canada and I don't have to worry about unknown taxes, duties, or tariffs. The packaging is incredible and I don't have to worry about shattered pressed powders or damaged products, despite the distance my order has to travel. I have placed a number of orders and will continue to place more!

Not only does IFB offer an amazing selection of indie makeup brands, has fast shipping, and packages everything perfectly, they have *the best* customer service! I had questions about an upcoming makeup line and the email-turnaround-time was the fastest I've ever experienced, and they didn't miss a single question. IFB truly cares about creating a Canadian space for indie makeup.

IFB's customer and shipping services are excellent. I've placed 2 orders with IFB. One pre US shipping halt and one after (custom order). Both orders arrived to Florida in perfect condition. The owner is professional, nice, helpful, and replies to emails within a reasonable time.

Btw, love the color story and quality of my Kryptein Cosmetics Sunset Symphony, Kryptein Cosmetics Violet Crazy, Glaminatrix Cosmetics Rich Romantic, Barely Basic, and Bonfire palettes!
