Deceptive Advertising

I bought the Cobra 3 Base-P, all photos show the Quick Release Plate (also on their official website), in the descriptions they refer to the Quick Release Plate specifying that “Quick Release Plate: screws automatically change from 1/4 ‘to 3/8’, can be used with K5s fluid head, phone clips, M30 ball head, microphones, LED flashes, monitors, other GoPro photo and video accessories.”

The product arrived but the quick release plate is not present.

I write to support in all possible channels and after 2 days I get a reply with a simple “the plate is to be bought separately.”

This is not the behavior of a serious company

Nice and helpfull support

Had an issue with my "Cobra 3 Pedal" which was stuck in unlocked position (due to me not operating it properly).
Suppored fixed it via email, providing a video on how to get it going again.

10/10 would recommend
