I was searching for a website that removes an object for free and Ifoto pops-up at the front o I clicked. I used it and it worked but it says it needs a peso to be downloaded so I paid through my e-wallet and it really deducted a peso on my account. Now, the next morning, I was shocked that there has been a deduction of 599 pesos to my balance and I figured out its this website. I tried to get a refund but they told me that it is either I get a 50% refund immediately or a 100% refund in the next 30 days. I am just a student and its my allowance for 2 weeks. Now, I have nothing but 2 eggs to eat for the next two weeks. I cannot ask my parents for more because we barely survive everyday. I don't know what to do. Please help me, a peso would help.

This app is a scam charging me ₱599
On February 26, 2025, I tried iFoto ai to edit a single picture and was required to pay ₱1, which I willingly agreed to so I could proceed. However, I was completely dissatisfied with the result and immediately logged out of my account to ensure I wouldn’t be charged further. Since you had already collected my bank details during the initial payment, I assumed there would be no unauthorized transactions moving forward.
To my shock and outrage, on Wednesday at 9:03 pm, I was charged ₱599 an amount I never authorized or agreed to. I did not subscribe to any additional services, and I certainly did not consent to this ridiculous charge. Being billed such a huge amount for something I never used is absolutely unacceptable.
When I ask for a refund they do not answer when I ask to cancel the subscription their ai will only provide the same response saying that they will send confirmation email but they don’t. And they will advice to send “delete account” but they do not process it.
