This company advertises quality, but obviously they are a knock-off company! They use customer error as a way to, not honor a return. Their whole system is a scam, and I won't ever buy anything from them again. Size, color, and material were all misleading. Should have read the reviews first! 2 stars, more like 0.
I ordered a long-sleeved football tee shirt. When I received my order I got a shortsleeve. I live in a cold climate and that was never a thought on shortsleeve. After reading the bill which they emailed me it says round neck sweatshirt even though I did not want a sweatshirt. Anyways email thier customer service and sent them photos of the shortsleeve they sent and they still said it was buyer error. Buyer beware they are scam artist. I should have read their reviews better and that's on me. They basically said it is what it is and enjoy the shirt you got and did not order. I guess it's better than what some other people got when they ordered because they got 0.

Ordered a hoodie sweatshirt. Reading the companies website, it would lead the consumer to believe that the goods are coming from San Francisco, CA. Delivery time was to be roughly 7-10 days, however, after 5 days I inquired and was told the products are from China and it takes 12-19 days to process, produce and ship. Of course, I used standard shipping, which is USPS, so it was a slow process. In the end, I received my purchase, but it was too late for Christmas.
Their tracking system is ridiculous, and not regularly updated to keep the consumer updated on the status.
If you are going to use this company, beware. They are not responsive, take quite a long time to ship, have a VERY strange return/exchange policy and quite frankly mislead the buyer when it comes to their location. Had I known it was China based I would have taken my business elsewhere. I believe in supporting the US based companies. And in this case, San Francisco is a front company.

Had ordered a hoodie for my son Christmas ended up with a V-neck t-shirt final contacted them they said they reviewed order and I received correct merchandise. That’s a lie because I had sent my wife a picture of the hoodie when I ordered. Do not and I mean do not trust this company.
I wish I would have read all the reviews before I ordered. The top I ordered was too big all around, width, length. When I tried to return it they wanted the measurements, which I sent. They claimed it wasn't clear enough to read. I order almost daily and have never had this issue before. I would suggest that if you are considering ordering for this company be 100% sure. They suck.

I ordered something a month ago - they claim it got lost in trasit & would send a new one. No new tracking number & they keep just asking if I want a new one. Won't refund me. Won't send an item. It should have arrived 2 weeks ago. Phone number doesn't work. Email is barely responsive.
I recently ordered a Chargers Breast Cancer Awareness jersey online at iFrogTees.com. I emailed their support e-mail provided on their website and no one has responded back nor answer the phone number provided. I go into Google to look up the address, it's a run-down condo complex that is now doing business under Canbeteeprinte, the person who answered this number 786-874-6851 sounded suspicious and now is not answering at all. I suspect these two businesses are scams. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I ordered a collectors edition hat and would have thought they would take care in shipping a product that a customer paid for so you would get it in the condition shown in the picture. My hat was thrown in a bag and shipped, and when it arrived it was smashed, bent and crumpled. You can't even wear it because it is creased and bent so much. It was a gift for my daughter, but i just wasted $35 because there is no care when shipping their products.
The shirt I ordered was exactly has described and the shipping was really fast.
