I purchased the 9mtr water fed pole kit to try to clean the render on my tall house. I’d been quoted £550 from a company for a one off clean and thought I’d take a gamble and buy a brush set, to tackle myself. I’m so glad I did, the pole kit was delivered very fast and had clear instruction to assemble.
Once assembled and set up I set about cleaning my render. The soap applicator was brilliant with some detergent and was easy to use.
The results have been fantastic and saved me over £400. I can now whip the unit out to clean any seagull mess and keep the house looking good all year long. The pole itself is strong and not too heavy, although at full extension is tricky to control (soffit and gutter cleans) however with a little practice it does the job. Overall I am thrilled and will be definitely using this pole all year round 👍

Ordered two litter boxes, only one arrived so had to chase for the second.

Eventually arrived but the product is rubbish, a third topper piece allows urine to get through due to the gap so £80 down the drain.

I purchased a 7m pole kit from Igad a few months back. For reasons I won't go into I was unable to open the box until some months after purchase. When I did I found that quite a lot of the items were missing. I thought that the amount of time since purchase could be an issue. So I sent an email into Igad on the weekend explaining the situation and by 10am on Monday morning I had two emails from a nice lady at Igad who apologised and told me that they would send the missing items asap. The items arrived 2 days later plus a few extras. I did not think that such customer service still existed these days. Very pleased.

I already have one of their poles and want to buy some more accessories but the details on the their website are not clear. So I sent an email with my queries. No response. Another two emails and still no response after at least a week. Very poor customer service.

I bought the 8.7m IGADpole washing kit to clean my high level windows. Delivery was lightening fast.
I had to contact the company because a part got damaged in transit. They immediately sent out a replacement, plus a few extras which was brilliant. Outstanding customer service. I've used the washing kit on my windows, and I'm absolutely delighted. The reach is incredible, and the pole itself is easy to use. There are also extra accessories available to buy, including painting and cleaning guttering, which is a huge bonus. I don't need to pay someone an arm and a leg to do it for me now. I honestly wish I'd purchased sooner. Brilliant product; brilliant company.

Update: Yesterday ( 17/05/2025 ) I washed my dirty 10m high rendered wall. Brilliant results!

Extension pole fell apart after 12 months and not a lot of use, total waste of money...Avoid.

I lost a plastic washer from the kit. The company could not do enough to help me. It was exception customer service. Highly recommended

Great product at a fair price that is backed by excellent support. I bought the 7m pole kit and this allows easy reach to my gutters and Facia’s. The wide variety of accessories enables lots of different jobs to be completed. The pole is sturdy with high quality fittings. I had a minor issue with one of the items and IGAD support was second to none; knowledgable, responding quickly and providing answers to queries even out of hours. It’s rare today to come across a company like this and I highly recommend them.
