I have just bought a Canon 5D Mk3 from iGadgit, and couldn't be happier with the price and excellent service. It took me a long time to summon up the courage to spend nearly £2000 with a company over the internet, but boy am I glad that I did. I made several anxious phone calls before I finally decided to go for it - all my calls were handled in a friendly and efficient manner, and if the receptionist said that the Customer Services Manager (Graham) would call back, he did. The product arrived really quickly, and they even put in a blower brush and cleaning kit as an unexpected bonus! With full UK warranty for 1 year and a price at least £300 cheaper than Calumet or John Lewis, why would I go anywhere else? I will always check iGadjit before anyone else from now on. I am a VERY satisfied customer.

I have just received the canon 300mm f2.8 lens i ordered on Tuesday. Just as Graham said he would try for. Kept up to date with the order process by e-mail. I dont often rate things as perfect but that is what i experienced. I will certainly use them again.

I had watched pricing on Canon 60D for many weeks and decided in the new year I did not wish to wait any longer. I found iGadjit on the internet. Pricing was very good and reviews on their performance looks solid. I spoke to Graham and he gave me easy assurance without trying to push me in any way. I placed the order late Monday evening and the camera arrived Thursday lunchtime. Excellent service and when I left a message to talk, the call was returned within 30 minutes. Outstanding and I will use them again.

I have been looking at Canon DSLR's for months. Finally narrowed it down to the 650d. (I wanted the 5d but thought I should get to grips with a DSLR before I splash out a few thousand)

I was planning on buying from Amazon then my boyfriend did a quick internet search and igadjit popped up. I was sceptical at first because the price was really low but after reading reviews I thought I would save myself £90 (compared to the already cheap amazon price) and so I ordered from I gadjit.

Considering the time of year my order was dispatched pretty quickly and despite a few hicups caused by UPS (Not igadjit) I got my camera in no time.

I endorse all the positive comments. I placed an order for a Canon EOS 7D + 18-135EF-S lens to be delivered to a friend in France, Graham having called me back when I explained in the initial contact that I needed a Continental charger lead and the manual in French...all of which weren't a problem though the manual had to be ordered specially by him and was delivered separately at no extra cost. Graham even called me to say that he was monitoring the UPS website which showed that they'd been unable to deliver the order as UPS couldn't gain access to the building. A phone call to UPS soon sorted that out but I have never had such brilliant customer service. And I defy anyone to find this package cheaper...anywhere. I know where I'll be shopping in the future......

I must honestly say that seen the very low price of the canon 70-200 2.8 IS II lens, I was reluctant to place the order. The point that I was unable to find anything negative on the internet convinced me. I must say that doing business with iGadjit was a pleasant experience and should be an example to many of their colleagues. Especially the prompt answering of the mail and information flow on my order was perfect.

Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM SLR Lens,have been looking around for this lens over the past few months and was shocked to see a lot of the big company's adding on the Canon £200 cash back on to the existing price! very crafty,taking the lens near to 2K,Stumbled across igadjit and the price was a lot cheaper £400-600 in most cases even without cash back,I was a little wary at first but after some home work and a call to Graham I was soon reassured,I paid the money and the lens arrived as promised in a few days and would not hesitate to use this company again :)

What a superb experience!! I placed quite a large order for a Sony A99, Sony G 70-400mm SSM II, Carl Zeiss 24-70mm F2.8 and a Carl Zeiss 85mm F1.4!! Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM SLR Lens - Was recently searching the internet for this lens and came across a couple of sites offering the lens much cheaper than most others. However, these online companies were not UK registered, but Hong Kong registered which means the lens wouldn't be under warranty and perhaps 'grey imports'. so decided not to be tempted by price alone and kept searching, then found igadjit.co.uk who were offering the lens at a bit more than these other companies, but not a huge amount more. I wanted to check that the lens would be genuine with UK warranty and emailed the company. Got a reply from Graham within a few hours confirming that it was a genuine lens with full UK warranty. Igadjit.co.uk,is UK registered company so I felt confident to place an order. Asked for the lens to be delivered to a different address which was not problem and within 3-4 days it was delivered via courier. I would not hesitate to recommend igadjit.co.uk if you're thinking of purchasing any item from them, they win on price, product and service. I knew that Graham clearly took customer service seriously when he offered to hand deliver my new camera to me in the Cayman Islands! As kind as the offer was, I decided to stick with the courier.
Within a week of my first contact with igadjit, I was unwrapping my new toy - a Canon EOS 100D. The package was well wrapped ensuring no possible damage during shiping, and the documents were in order allowing for a speedy pass through Customs.
Throughout, I was kept informed of all progress, responses were quick and friendly and Graham was kind enough to slip in a US-combatible power cord.

When ordering high value items on line one is always a little worried that all will be as it should be. Needn't have worried with iGadjit. My Canon 5D MK111 plus lens plus filter arrived when it was promised, extremely well packed and even with the additional gift of a lens cleaning kit. Than kyou iGadjit.

I wanted first to make sure IGadjit was VAT registered (so I can claim my expences) and they are! (believe me many camera companies are not! ) Graham was very helpful on the phone and the 17mm 40mm F4 lens arrive in 2 days... what more can I say, expert advice and super service.

best customer experience ever. I called Graham on thursday to order a Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8, VR II, a 1.7 teleconverter and a 77mm Hoya HD uv filter... Graham promised me delivery by Monday, as I m leaving for Safari on Tuesday morning, thus need the gear!..It seems there was a delay in sourcing one of the items, so upon receipt this am, Graham send one of the girls from his office to deliver the items to me... BUT, its 300 miles away - a good 5 hour drive each way in the rain.. I got my order this afternoon as promised, all exactly as expected with the added bonus that Graham upgraded my HOYA filter to HD without extra charge. I feel very sorry for the friendly lady who has to spend more than 10 hours in a car delivering my things, but Im incredibly thankful I got them in time for my Safari in Kenya.... Not only the best customer service ever, but also the best prices on all 3 products I bought, and they are not even HK sourced but proper EU merchandise with UK full warranty.. amazing, really amazing !
