Jazz is an absolute top guy. He fixed a tricky boiler issue at very short notice and he visited on a Sunday to resolve. I've also had to call out Jazz out on a previous occasion for an emergency plumbing problem. Very knowledgeable, professional, reliable and reasonably priced.

During renovations to our house, we were left with no running water. Granted, this was because of something we had done wrong, nevertheless we didn't know how to fix the issue.

He attended our property as an emergency call out, completely misdiagnosed the problem, continued to "fix" it which in fact did not fix the issue and we were left with no running water or heating for two days, and yet he still charged us nearly £300 for the pleasure.

The advice he left us with also did nothing to fix the issues.

When a much more qualified and skilled gas engineer and plumber did attend our property, the problem was very quickly pointed out to be a valve issue and pipes not being capped.

It was then pointed out (and rather evident to even the unskilled eye) that the fixtures that he had put in place were in fact wrong, incorrectly fitted, and of course did nothing to actually fix the problem. Moreover, they would have only cost £12 from Screwfix, not the absurd amount we were charged on the day.

He was evidently out of his depth, for what actually turned out to be quite a simple problem and quick fix, if you actually know what you are doing.

Would not recommend.

We noticed that we had a leak with our boiler and my wife gave igasplumb a call to have a look, Jazz came out the same day and not only diagnosed the problem he fixed it there and then, he wouldn't leave until he was 100% happy. I've got to say that that he was outstanding very professional and friendly and gave us a really good price for the repair I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a professional and reliable tradesman. Polite, friendly and very knowledgeable, but best of all, honest.
Offered advice and options including details of another company, who were cheaper than he could offer. You don't get more genuine than that.

You will not go far wrong by having Jazz to sort out any problems you have with your plumbing. This guy is amazing, discusses all alternatives to your problem and reasonably priced. Fully recommended

Jazz is very reassuring and talks you through ever he is doing. If he suggest something different, listen, he is not trying to get extra work, he is looking after you, I had a shower and basin tap replaced, the mixer hot tap was dripping and he advised change the whole tap and how right he was, the flexible pipes hidden behind the pedestal were on the verge of failing, thanks Jazz great advice and brilliant tidy work with lots of respect for my home

Jazz is such a lovely friendly chap. Very genuine and sincere. Did a very good job servicing gas fire and boiler. Reasonably priced. Very dependable - if he says he will do something he keeps to his word. Very good service from Jazz and I would thoroughly recommend him.

This guy is a saviour. After a cracked radiator I initially called another plumber that was will known in the area (Great Barr). But unfortunately he didn't show up. He messaged me later saying that he was too busy and recommended igasplumb (Jazz). Called Jazz up and was quick to come round and give me a quick quote. Gave me a slot for when he was available. Had been busy with boiler installations so couldn't do it that day. As it was winter I'm sure a lot of other plumbers would've turned the job down in favour of a larger job such as boiler breakdown repairs. But Jazz was happy to book it in for me when he was next available.

The job it self was fairly straight forward but Jazz did not rush and took the time to make sure everything was perfect, even double checking it was perfectly Central and level. Again I'm sure others would've simply done it as quickly as possible take the money and run. He did such s great job that I've booked him in to sort out some taps in the bathroom next week.

Guys trust me when I say it... I've found him.....a reliable plumber.
