Ordered my door through IG doors and it is lovely! Great quality and Michelle was very helpful through the ordering and delivery process

Recently had a new door fitted by Rob (he was lovely) and we love it! Very professional, polite and kept the place tidy! Would recommend!

The engineer (Rob) was very prompt - time wise, very professional and polite in his approach to the job.
He fully explained what was wrong in the first trip and explained all that had been done in his last visit.

The team at IG Doors were excellent in sorting out our door. All very helpful and accommodating. Stephen M provided a very professional service - very quick, put down floor protection and cleaned up afterwards. Overall very happy.

The mechanism on our door which was manufactured by this company broke after 3years on our new build home. Was told the warranty on their products is just over 2 years which demonstrates time the quality of this product. When we moved in we had someone out as the lock was lose however it kept coming lose and they came out on numerous occasions. We are now having to purchase a new door but obviously not through this company

The response from the team has been very good. The fitter was excellent and very quick.

After a family member’s untimely death, my wife and I had to get the front door replaced, on her house, as it was a new build we were advised to try and get the original manufacturer’s model as a replacement. We found it was IG Doors Ltd.

We’ve just had our beautiful new door manufactured and fitted by IG doors, who were absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
They provide a huge range of door styles, colours, finishes and accessories so we were spoilt for choice, followed by a professional visit from the team who measured up and installed our perfect door. Their installer minimised all mess and protected the entrance way, ensuring the door was not only installed quickly but with a superb finish. We couldn’t be happier with final result.

Recently purchased new IG door and had it installed today, great product and really good customer service from point of ordering to the install.

I was having problems with my door that was coming up to 5 years old. I got in touch with IG who requested some photos, they quickly advised me that the door had failed and they would send an Engineer. Jamie turned up on time, he replaced the door for me, he was very clean, tidy and polite. The door now looks and works great! Thank you.

Recently had a new front door fitted from IG doors , I dealt with Bethany in the office and the door was fitted by Ryan.
Both were extremely friendly and efficient.
The price was the best about , the door has made such a difference to the house , would highly recommend.

Provided the doors for our house. The glazing failed after only 3 years. We can only assume it's a poor quality product. As it's outside the 2 year warranty, they won't replace or fix the issue.

**UPDATE**

The company replaced the door due to it being broken on initial installation. Free of charge. They were very prompt and kept to appointments on time. Steve the engineer was very friendly and did a great job with the new door. Cannot complain with that service, whence 5 stars.

Had a new door fitted yesterday with ig doors my engineer ROB was brilliant went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect,and everything was all clean he did an amazing job such a lovely guy can't thank him enough, cheers ROB

Not very happy with this company's services.

First off, they asked for a photograph of the serial number and information on the top of the door. Slight problem as the door is inward opening, set in to a reveal and the sticker is at the hinge end, so nigh on impossible to see but I managed.

A few months later, someone turned up to inspect the door, which had delaminated. We were told it would be a couple of months until the door would be replaced.

Several months later they message me asking for a photograph of the entire door, then a few weeks later they arrange another visit.

My partner takes the day off work, expecting IG to fit the new door, but no, it's for another inspection, exactly the same as the first one.

A month or so later, I get a message asking me to send them the photograph of the sticker on the top of the door, I forward my previous email to them with the information requested.

Several months go by and we have another visit arranged and finally the door is replaced!

Apart from a couple of minor issues...

The threshold was not sealed properly, nor was it even screwed down, the installer cut the screw heads off and just placed them in the countersunk holes.

The door was supplied with the wrong glass and the installer just said 'oh, I don't have time to change it, I'll add it to the paperwork', I'm looking forward to finding out if his paperwork filing is as good as the filing he did on the screw heads.

The door is the wrong colour, but as it's the only one on the rear elevation, it's not so much of a problem.

The installer kept muttering about how my builder had installed it and he was just here to do warranty work and it was the builder's fault as they had installed it incorrectly.

Classic 'it's-not-my-problem' attitude.

Given that every single interaction I have had with them has been diabolically bad, bordering on hilariously bad, I couldn't recommend IG Doors to walk my dog, never mind manufacture or fit a door.
