made a deal for 3 windows and 1 door mid December, survey took 2 months to do and even on the day of survey the guy didn't turn up, no message and no calls to advise this (he was sick apparently) I had to chase this at 3pm and been told the guy is sick and they can't do it, ignored multiple messages, eventually a week later I had the survey and still waiting for windows and door to be fitted, not been booked for this Friday (booked over 2 weeks ago) and they told me Friday won't happen and moving the dates again, called messaged even today and no reply from them
it's April now and almost 5 months since I made the deal, asked for cancellation policy and been told they don't have one. All I get is lie after lie from Whatsapp team (Chelsea and Emily),
on the other hand Karen from FB team is great and very helpful

I would avoid this company at all cost, regret my decision of going with them and I don't even have a window or door fitted yet.

very unprofessional company

initially on survey date (the one never turned up) I had to take unpaid leave from work to be home so lost out money on that and company not even willing to cover any cost of that

Fantastic service and door installed quickly by brilliant fitters who talked me through everything before doing it so I fully understood what was happening, would highly recommend this company

I have an absolutely stunning new blue door and this company was the cheapest out there! Followed and updated throughout the whole process. Chelsea kept me in the loop about everything and how the payments works, time frames ect.

I had a Black composite door fitted and it’s beautiful. The lady who helped me during the ordering was so helpful and patient and I’m so glad she suggested the Black Mourano glass as it really does make a difference. For the price too of £995 I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the door. Fitted well and on time. Saving up to get my rear door fitted by them too. Thank you

Love my door so so much. I got my door on the £995 offer which is such a great price for a composite door, im so amazed with the quality. The team were super friendly and attentive and the turnaround time was great. Couldn't recommend more
