I ordered on the 29th aug and still haven’t received the product. I’ve had one response over 2 weeks ago saying it’ll ship the following Monday and still nothing. I’ve requested a refund and haven’t heard back. Won’t be using them again regardless of the outcome.
I’ve always order from this site never had an issue until the last few, I placed an order last week, and the tracking number from auspost was put up on 15th saying they are preparing my Order and since then nothing has happen. They NEVER EVER respond to an enquiry or give any form of communication and now their site is “under maintenance” with no email explanation or now even knowing if I will receive the order that’s been paid!!!
Been using this website for 2 years and haven’t had a drama until this order. My order has just sat there for 2 weeks with Aus post saying label crated by sender. Not replying to any emails or enquires.
