The last 28 days have been horrible. One song underperformed in September, and I was sent an email by "Josh" saying that I would get another 30 days of free service. Did not happen. I simultaneously was promoting another tune and only got a fraction of the month for service. Then they autodrafted. I have sent many many emails allowing the opportunity for them to correct it, and they have not, even with multiple assurances. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Had 6500 plays in the last 28 days on a track that had been languishing on Spotify since 2017. Very exciting. Need to see how much revenue it generates before I can say how happy I am.

I honestly forgot I signed up for the service & then their rep, Josh, emailed me reminding me to renew my subscription. He then showed me my updated results which I now see will greatly benefit me in the long-run. Before testing the service, on top of having not released music in MONTHS, I couldn’t maintain a steady monthly listener count but thanks to them, for over a month, Ive not fallen below 500. Its fluctuating at its own pace but growing & Im recommending the service to all artists I work with from here out.

Spotify promotion works amazing. I got an uptick within a week on my audinece numbers. Totally recommend it! 👍

So far I am satisfied with all the work they are doing. My Spotify channel is more alive than ever and the number of monthly listeners has grown satisfactorily. Personally, I would like a small report highlighting the main fronts on which they are working. That would be nice.

This is my second campaign and you should work hard for understanding how is your audience, because your promotion is really wrong for me !
does not accept everyone just for money, you risk of lost more and more people because your ads is great, you have a good presentation some 1 month and you can attract more people like me in Electronic music but for sure it's your audience who correspond with this kind music. You have an RAP/HIP-POP audiences !
