There is some negative reviews but i can promise its not a virus and it wont hack your account! if your account got hacked it either had nothing to do with igg games or you downloaded it from a third party. also it does work very very well i have downloaded multiple games and never once got a virus.

My Lords Mobile account was compromised, through no fault of my own, and all building, gear, troops and rss was destroyed!

IGG have refused to help me. I have fully secured the account, but they refuse to restore my account!

I asked for a refund for the hundreds of pounds spent, but they again refused! They are money grabbers and think on nothing but lining their pockets.

Play their games at your own risk.

adn as far as I know I was with IGGgames for a while now 3-4 years and never once have I encountered a virus or a non working game that would't be fixable just by downloading a certain missing or false file
overall I thank these people for my sanity and even saved me from the horrors of my own mind for none thinks about his own mind while having somebody elses in his hands

The best site I know to get games and test them out, yeah there are a lot of ads but I have an adblocker so I don't have to worry about that stuff. Huge selection, If a game you want it missing you can request it, some games will be marked by your antivirus as a trojan or other malware but that's just the crack to allow the game to run without any DRM or protection software so just allow it and you don't have to worry. Don't listen to all these low review ppl, Ive got hundreds of games from IGG and know it works

I have downloaded 32 games from this site and never gotten a virus or a trojan...this site host lots of ads so that it can sustain itself just don't be an internet noob and have a large common sense when browsing through it and don't click everywhere "think before you click"

this site has worked great for me. I normally use mega.nz since its really fast and secure, haven't been scammed or anything yet. Some big games are quite a handful to download, but my potato laptop cant handles them anyways. the games are smooth and compact, just my go-to site for pirating :D

please just don't use this. that thing is full of viruses, use 1337x that is safe

igg-games is a SCAM
downloaded game via torrent, password for .rar. to get password need send sms somewhere (not for free). i am think is not in this .rar file...
CARREFULL

Has all the popular and unpopular games, is virus-free and rarely even triggers my antivirus, and when it does it's a false alarm. It would be better if you could download it over torrent though, having to download multiple parts can be either helpful or bothersome.

This is a pretty ok piracy site, problem is about 40% of their downloads are infected or just don't work. If nothing else has the game your looking for, try it! But I recommend using Fitgirl's repacks, as while some old downloads don't work anymore, all of them are completely safe (as long as your careful).

IGG cares nothing of its players and only care about the money they collect.

Submission of issue tickets go unresolved.

We are a family guild of 6 and have been stalked and harassed by another player for over 3 weeks. We submitted all the evidence to IGG who continue telling us the same canned lines over and over. They clearly care nothing of their own terms and agreement and have allowed this player to continue rally spamming us. Not only has this been allowed but their own notification system is useless and does not work to turn off these notifications.

The messages are prefabricated and lead nowhere. How many screen shots and videos and in-game reports does it take to see this is a serious issue?

Several of our players have stopped spending money on this game. Why should we spend any money on a game whose investors and creators care nothing but for the money they collect.

It is really sad that they, IGG, has taken this stance and completely ignore over 600 players (6 guilds holding no less than 100 or 90 players) who have submitted screenshots of this abuse.

Because this has been allowed to go unchecked there will also be people who just quit the game.

No one should be subjected to tolerate this level of abuse.

Appalling! Like anything, the product is only as good as the support you have should you need it.

Whilst I appreciate they are a multi-national company, their English skills for customer facing employees are poor.

They work completely scripted and seems they cannot or not allowed to think outside the box.

Due to this, I lost my account after my phone crashed and regretfully hadn't realised it was not linked to a Google account.

My phone came back to life for about 4 minutes in which time I was able to log in and I took a video of this from a friends phone proving it was my account and even when I tried to link, it failed.

Really upset to have lost over 1 years worth of time and effort, and what did they say, thank you for your continued support.....

I am pretty sure that this is a pirate site where you download games for free!

iv been using IGG for quite some time and i havent happened to have any issues yet.
it can be a bit confusing on some occasions and a lil bit misleading in terms of downloading the files themselves, but if done properly there shouldnt be an issue, what most people say on here about viruses i assume are them downloading an ad or some fake download (so user-error).

The site is real good for downloading games, im using it for 2 years and not any problems, but i do not like the scams when you click on a link to download, i got pranked lot of time so that's annoying

They literally STOLE FROM ME. I bought a hero pack from their Deck Heroes store and the hero was defective, in the sense that it won't upgrade with the items provided in the pack. I wrote to them about this and not only did they not have a solution but they couldn't compensate me in any way. Pretty much they told me it "sucks for me" that I paid money for garbage.

The customer service is horrible if you want to pay to play yea they will take care of you but if you don’t they will Bend you Over constantly

One thing to you all who had bad reviews for viruses issue( not someone from igggames dev). From my experiences its either you went to the wrong igggames(there are two versions). The one with the more boxy image design for the emblem or badge on the website when you google it is the correct websites. Second, the link given arent always up cos someone else keep copyright claiming them down. Third, when clicking on the links for any of them, you need to see a image of a guy next to a car and with that 6 second timer for link and that the one(sometimes when clicked the link it will throw to an scam ones they have no timer and get out quick and reclick the link. Probably will work. Reapeat if not)

I was suspicious of it and was right to be suspicious, i wanted to see if it was legit so i set up a virtual machine and downloaded 5 or 6 games. Then i ran them through virus total and what a surprise, 4 of them have viruses. Tried contacting customer service but were all bots. Honestly you're better off going with instant gaming if you'd like to get a game at a discounted price. Granted you still have to pay but sometimes you get get amazing deals, for example a game that would normally cost £30 is £1.40 on there. It gives you a product key once you pay for sites such as steam or origin so you wont have to install anything and it accepts paypal so you can get your money back if they do scam you.

This isn't paid by instant gaming, it is my honest opinion on which sites are safe to get discounted games.

1) There is a comment about a mobile game company with the same name igg. Dude, this is about a pirated gaming site. not that stupid company. their comments are even more disgusting than the minecraft kid's behavior. Weird stupid people. True gamers will never play strange games that appear from random advertisements. we know the quality even if we just playing pirated games. So stop whining for your money! you are the ones who are stupid and luddite.
2) People who get viruses from this site, wow ... one word. stupid. You might be lacking in knowledge and lacking in surfing the internet.
