Be careful when purchasing MGO partner event.
I made a purchase and they were unable to complete the order fully. They only did 50% i was original informed i could receive a full refund or save it as a credit on my account and use it for a future purchase of same vaule. So today I reach out to use let them know I would like to claim my credit for the new partner event but was told they couldn't do that due to the increase in cost and I would owe the difference so they wpuld refund and I just place a new order. I was advised wait for an email stating refund was completed. Well I got the email and the refund was only 50% so I reach out to support again and im told they can no longer offer the full refund and will only offer half because they did half the order. My thing is because they only did half the order I failed at the evemt so I feel I should have received 100% refund like I was originally told. In the future if I order again I will take the immediate refund but I am not sure if I will be ordering again and I have supported them for a long time and have placed a lot of orders.
