Felt forced to leave a review where i…

Felt forced to leave a review where i didn't even get any proper service. One email saying the matter will be resolved without it being resolved serves no purpose. How can I review service when I am still waiting to receive my refund. I was very misled in the first place. Now I have to beg for what is mine. I find this quite ridiculous. A review can only be done at the end of a service that provided a result. The result I need to see is my refund.
