We stayed at The Maltings in Nethey Bridge for my daughter’s 30th birthday celebrations.
A fantastic 3 nights was had by all. The lodge is spacious and well equipped with the addition of a hot tub. We had 2 dogs with us who spent most of the time outside in the spacious grounds.
All beds were super comfortable along with the sofas in the lounge area. The kitchen is well equipped and leads out to the decking area and hot tub.
I do think the decking and fencing needs some attention and a bit of a spruce up but this didn’t affect our stay. The hot tub would also benefit from a shelter with some additional lighting as once it’s dark you can’t see much.
The only other observation is the lack of mirrors. We had an all girls trip and it would have been nice to have had somewhere to sit and do our hair and make-up.
However, we had a brilliant weekend and would not hesitate to book the same lodge again.

I rented a property for 5 days from this company ( the eagles nest aviemore ) the pictures on their website where not a true account of the property, the property was filthy on arrival and facilities where either broken or that dirty unusable, I have tried to leave an honest review on other sites but igloo.Scot remove them or close their page down
