I have used Ignite London for a while now and can't fault their punctuality, tidy working environment in my home and a good attention to detail.

Rich moved some radiator pipe work and installed a flush mounted tall radiator on a different wall to the original one, and his polite nature and work ethic was/is a good reflection on Ignite London’s workmanship.

Had an issue with our shower. Rich and the team were super. Clearly explained to me what the issue was and how they would fix it. Haven’t had any issues since. Excellent service at a fair and reasonable price. Highly recommend.

On replacing some old floor boards I unfortunately managed to put two screws through the central heating pipes, woke up the next morning to a flood in the hallway, called ignite and they sent a plumber out within an hour, he quickly and professional solved my mistake, I will be using the company again for all my plumbing requirements.

The best service I have had, came out within the hour, he kept me informed all the way threw and only took him a few hours to fix the problem, would defiantly use this service again. The plumber was polite and professional and worked Very cleanly

I used ignite to replace my old economy 7 and storage heating system with a brand new combi boiler and modern rads. Richard was very polite and efficient. I had a short time scale which needed to be met, the job was completed on time and to a beautiful standard. 100% recommend using Richard and ignite!
