They adjust the bills

They adjust the bills, I usually get a bill for 150 euros, I came for 486 when consumption decreased. They don't want to solve the problem, when you send them a complaint, they respond by mailing without delving into the problem. Terrible company

After selling a flat could not close…

After selling a flat could not close the account for 3 months due to some issues, agents were not helpful. After managed to close account at last I had to pay a bill for 3 months between flat closure and account closure, those bill was not mine. Could not close account due to their technical issues not out fault.

Absolute chaos and lack of communication with clients, the Klaipeda branch is completely incompetent in organizing work, serving the population, the attitude is simply terrible. A very bad opinion about work and communications.

Customer service is simply ridiculous

Last month I didn't pay bills on time, for the first time EVER, and now I'm being attacked every other day as if I committed a huge crime and each email shows a different amount to pay, and no, it's not increasing, simply showing different numbers each time to pay even though I still have over a week to pay and now they are threatening to cut the electricity... wow... one time missed to pay on time huh. Wish the police and government were working like this in the country....

No customer service in English

No customer service in English. They pretend not to understand English to put you on hold for another hour. They have an email address that tells you that they do not reply to emails. It is interesting that companies like this are allowed to exist in the European Union. This is not the stone age.

Amazing service

Amazing service. I was chatting with Migle online as I received payment for my electricity of €24 . Which shouldn't be there as I'm not living in that property now. She was very helpful and sorted my problem in minutes. Very happy, she definitely needs to get bonus :)

Worthless mobile site

Worthless mobile site. And they force you to share your banking information if you want to use the payment solution they have. Else you have to copy paste the banking details which is also next to impossible.
