This is the worst cashback service.
Their coupons are never working. Cashback amount is never correct (always smaller) and you can't withdraw it. Don't trust fake reviews here.
Although they do not have a subscription fee, but when you try to withdraw money, they block the account and start demanding that you send them documents, letters confirming a purchase made 2-3 months ago (usually people do not keep them for that long), they start asking all your household members who also have an account, and block everyone's accounts until they explain why different people buy from the same home address. They start checking emails and names you used to place an order - although they do not have anywhere in the conditions that the name in the order must match the username in cashback. They completely ignore questions about why this happens, why they go against their own rules. At best, they answer one message per day, and sometimes they do not answer for several days, they do not send all the questions and required documents at once, but ask one by one, as a result, the correspondence takes weeks. They try to keep the money in their account as long as possible, I have not managed to withdraw money from the account for 2 or 3 weeks, answering them every day and sending them everything they required. They have arranged endless correspondence, although we have not violated any of their rules. It is humiliating, I do not recommend using them.
And recently they had an error in the system, because after a purchase of 100 euros I received a pending cashback of 8600000 euros, and they immediately asked me for documents (again!), although I am not at all to blame for this bug. It seems that I am wasting my time communicating with them, and they will not unblock my account, although there is no fault of mine. All this time I could have collected cashback (and much more) through another service, I regret using them.

Super experience

The Chrome extension sometimes doesn't work, but in general, I'm very happy with it. When I accumulated 20 euros of cashback, the process was quite straightforward, and I received the money in my PayPal account. Although there are some waiting time, things worked perfectly for me. I just wish they have better integration between iGraal app and other shopping apps.

Appareil photo par l' application ne fonctionne pas. Il faut taper le code barre en manuel. C est impossible de faire vérifier avant d acheter.
Sinon bonne application.

My experience with iGraal was embarrassing due to the delay in review and withdrawal. I was not able to get the refund on time, which negatively affected my experience. In addition, the review was complicated and tedious. Overall, I think there are other companies that provide better and faster services.

Le numéro d'assistance client ne fonctionne pas. Impossible de les joindre. Pas de service après vente. Donc si vous avez un probléme, c’est foutu.
Customer support number is not working. Impossible to contact them. No after-sales service. So if you have a problem, it's screwed.

J'ai été chargé 2 fois pour la même commande. Leur site de paiement dit que le paiement n’est pas passé alors qu’il est passé quand même. En ensuite c’est la galére pour se faire rembourser car service client inexistant et ils sont injoignables.
I was charged twice for the same order. Their payment site says the payment did not go through when it went through anyway. Then it's a hassle to get a refund because customer service is non-existent and they are unreachable.

En arrivant sur le site grace a la video de inox j'ai gagne 10 euro direct plus 1 euro pour l'insciption merci.
