Be aware you should check the availability of goods. There is a box to check if your item is in stock if not they will have to source the item which could take weeks. I bought a pen which I assumed was in stuck but it took 5 weeks for completion. I was kept informed but if I had known it was not in stock I would not have ordered it. I would use them again, it's a good service but I have learnt to check the item is in stock. Perhaps they could add a prompt to say item not in stock?

I am deeply disappointed, and frankly shocked by the attitude of Customer Service (Claudia). My Bauhaus watch, which is automatic, stopped working o a number of occasions even though I wore it 24/7. I missed an appointment once. I returned the watch as instructed - it was a very short time after the warranty by this time - and heard nothing more. Two months later, I emailed to enquire what had happened, and suggested a refund. No response. A further message two weeks later elicited the response that it was out of warranty, so no refund, and it could take up to FIVE Months for the watch to be repaired.
UPDATE - astonishingly (!), the day after I posted this negative review, Claudia contacted me to say that the watch was repaired and she was sending it. I now have the watch, which (so far) is working as expected. I have updated from 1 star to 3.
Update 2
So - the watch stopped working very soon after delivery. I'll cut a long story short but they are refusing to refund, hiding behind warranty limitations. Customer service, good will etc does not matter to these people. I have no recourse but to recommend that you avoid dealing with them

Unresponsive Customer Service
Request to return a pen received in complicated conditions after weeks. The site announces a possible return up to 30 days after the date of receipt. I made my request on the 25th day, they are still ignoring my request hoping that the 30 day deadline has passed.

Ordered a watch 23 days ago, they quoted 10 days They just reply it's delayed.
Why not tell the truth.

I recently purchased a Namiki Yukari from Iguana Sell, and they were fantastic. They also deliver using DHL who also consistently provide a high quality service. Highly recommended, and would definitely order again.

I ordered a pen two weeks ago, I sent an email asking were it was, Iguana's answer was your order was listed two days ago and the delivery time will be 40 to 60 business days.
I have requested a refund so it's wait and see.
PS I wouldn't have asked were my order was after two days, and would not have ordered it if it was not in stock.
Good news, I am getting a refund. Iguana Sell were very quick in replying to my email. and sorting things out.

I ordered a watch over a month ago, and surprising to me there appeared to be many issues in delivering my watch, such as watch quality, holidays etc, and I must admit I was getting extremely nervous, but eventually my watch was delivered today. I did get regular updates, and there were a lot, so what can I say, a rather unusual experience, but I got my watch eventually, however...within a week it fell to bits and so I sent it back, and because I had put a block on my credit card transaction they said it could not be refunded until the block came off. The block came off and now 9 days later after repeated requests I still have no refund. A truly awful company

Truly appreciate the updates given by the customer service team regarding new stocks of the fountain pens I was interested in. Shipping updates were also given on a timely basis.

Excellent customer service 2 day delivery. Good price, manged to find a limited edition Homo Sapiens fountain pen here after another supplier had run out.

Bought this as a gift from my wife. She loves it! Beautifully crafted and a joy to write with. It came in a lovely case with an ink bottle and bookmark. Personalisation letters were a great touch. The support received when buying this gift was absolutely first class.

Iguana sell has all the pens I like from Pilot, Sailor and Montblanc, and they deliver really fast and reliable. I have bought many expensive pens from them and the only time I was unhappy with the performance of a pen it was really no problem to return it. Great customer service, they have a quick answer for every question!
