Iguana Sell Reviews

First purchase from Iguana and was impressed with the service.
Ordered pen (cheapest site I could find for particular pen that was in stock), on Saturday (in UK) and was delivered Tuesday (from Spain).
Will use them again.

The Pilot Custom 845 is an excellent fountain pen. I ordered the Fine nib and is indeed very fine, as expected from a Japanese crafted nib.

Iguana Sell service was impeccable, shipping the product on time and all in good order. I'm very happy with the pen and the customer experience, this won't be the last item bought from here.

The service, pen and the price made for an all round excellent experience

Super service. Very fast delivery. Great products.

Excellent communication, very fast delivery, it’s been the third transaction. Always impressive. Anytime again.

Seriousness, quality

Excellent Luminox automatic watch that perfectly meets my expectations.
This watch has a high quality Swiss automatic movement.
Product that I recommend and know.
IGUANA SELL's service was exemplary.
A company that will give you complete satisfaction.

First time purchase from luguana.co.uk order took 4days from ordering to delivery. Absolutely outstanding service. Watch was so well packaged. Really pleased with my order and wouldn't hesitate to use again 👍

Very surprising Iguana Sell has even one positive review. Terrible experience from start to finish.

My order for St Dupont took more than 2 months to dispatch. Some emails took 1 week to respond to.

Very negative experience, particularly considering they sell relatively high end products.

100% would not recommend.

Edit: after being promised a refund and cancellation for the 3-month delay; they sent the items regardless...

Serious seller !

Fast shipping.
Well protected.
Nice prices.

Recommended without a doubt!

Perfect service, nice watch and a nice price too! A+... no question! Thanks!

I bought this watch on the strength of it having the new Miyota 9075 true GMT movement and at the right price. Iguana shipped the watch quickly and the watch looks fantastic and wears really well. Very happy with my purchase and with Iguana Sell.

I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience dealing with this company. It's been six months since I placed my order, and I still haven't received it. Each time I inquire about the delay, I'm met with the same vague response: "wait more."

This level of service is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect timely updates and transparency regarding delays. The lack of communication and the extended wait time reflect poorly on this company's commitment to its customers.

I strongly caution others against considering this company for their purchases. My six-month ordeal is a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction and accountability.

In short, I cannot recommend this company based on my frustrating experience. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable option for your needs.

ORDER #14726

This is a very special pen. In general, Pilot makes amazing pens and even better nibs. But this model with the two-tone gold nib (fine), and the flawless Urushi lacquer is stunning and makes this one of my most prized pens. I have used this pen all day, every day since its purchase, and in my opinion, it is sheer perfection. It is lighter than you would expect in the hand making it easy to write with for long sessions and I have never been disappointed in How Pilots nibs write. The fine nib is actually more like an extra fine which I prefer. I don’t post my caps, but if you prefer that, Pilot has lined the inside of the cap with a soft felt material so it doesn’t leave marks on the Urushi finish. I have read that it takes 6 months to apply the 3 coats of lacquer on this pen. I am a structural engineering designer and use my pens for sketching designs and writing.

Two last things. I sincerely want to thank Iguana for offering this special pen at an unbelievable price. And I am also very impressed with their speedy, personal customer service and shipping. I live in Seattle Washington, and received my pen in 3 days with free shipping. That is unbelievable in today's marketplace. Companies like this just don’t exist anymore. I am 61 years old, and this entire experience with Iguana has made me feel like life was 5 decades ago, and how truly great companies treated their customers. I am proud to be a customer of their store and look forward to my next purchase.

Really lovely watch, looks great on the wrist. Excellent price and service from the team at Iguana Sell"

I ordered an item for my partner's upcoming birthday - I won't say what yet as his birthday is still to happen and he may see this review, but suffice to say that it's gorgeous and I am super pleased. So much so, I ordered one for my son who absolutely loves it.
Claudia from Customer Services is so friendly & helpful, always going above and beyond, replying to my emails super fast. Communication is excellent.
The items arrived amazingly quickly via FedEx with free postage! They were packaged extremely well.
I will always check on Iguana Sell Uk first when shopping for these sorts of items in the future. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect and sharp. Super fast delivery ! I really enjoy the experience and I recommend this seller

Found a extraordinary bargain for a watch on their website, I wanted to make sure the price was correct so I sent them an email. A couple of days later I received an email response saying that the price was indeed correct and was the full price for the watch. Great I thought, so I made a purchase there on the spot. 2 days later and I receive an email saying the price was in fact wrong and they won't be honouring the purchase. Absolutely ridiculous your email of verification made me make a purchase. Don't buy from this website they can't honour a sale regardless of them making a mistake. Will not be ordering again. Read the negative reviews.

Lovely watch!

First time customer on iguana from Spain. Ordered a fountain pen and it was packed and sent the same day! It arrived in 3 days from half across Europe, and the pen writes lovely! Will definitely keep my eyes on their products.
