I purchased monopoly go dice and was told it was be done in 1-3 hours and got updated screenshots for me to go check and nothing had been done and still no help from support. Horrible, 10/10 don’t recommend.. it’s been 4 hours

False advertising for obtaining an item…

False advertising for obtaining an item for Diablo 4. They said an item would be sent to my account in 5 min. No item was sent, 2 hours and counting. The chat option was clearly an AI bot, not a human, so no help at all. The online chat "person" told me that to get the item I would have to kill a boss within the highest tier game an "infinite number of times", which I would normally have to do to get it without the purchase (LOL). Do NOT use this organization. You will be sorely disappointed.

2025315242131248 That the order number. It’s the worst customer service I even have to deal with. The order of monopoly dice was placed two day ago but still haven’t get my delivery yet. The live chat support is the worst because there is nobody to reply or given me any answered beside the auto messaged. Not sure how this IGZ is a legit business just the way they treat the customer. I am still waiting on an update on the delivery or the refund which I never got the answered back after two days.un update—- you haven’t delivery anything to me yet— talk to ur live chat the told me they delivered but that wasn’t my account.

Find it somewhere else!

If I could give a rating lower than 1 star, I would!

Issues

1). Order said 2-15 minutes… after 4 hours, still nothing except uncertainty…. “Live Chat” said possibly in 8+ hours and blamed the supplier….

2). Live chat is a joke. Rarely responded and every other response is attempt to initiate conversation- felt like a new encounter… hard to get more than “?,” “hello,” or “wait” from someone. Absolutely no response from messages or email attempts.

3). Told them to cancel my order and issue refund but communication is so poor that I can get no confirmation of their intent to do so. I plan to contact my bank to challenge charges and will decline any stickers sent to me after I have requested this cancellation. After SEVERAL attempts to communicate- one “live chat” told me they’d issue the refund within 24 hours but still no email confirmation of my cancellation or refund despite numerous requests to do so.

Website repeatedly hit my friends…

Website repeatedly hit my friends boards! Might be a good idea to ask the client if they want this to happen before the purchase is completed. It also took 10 hours+ to complete my order.

Absolute disgrace

Absolute disgrace! Do not order from them! Site says 3-5 hours for orders THIS IS LIES I’ve now been waiting 20+ hours and the communication from them is a joke and they aren’t even sorry making you stay off a game for over 12hours acting like there fulfilling your order to go on and find absolutely nothing done.
