I ORDERED 3 BOTTLES OF THEIR VIRECTIN ED SUPPLEMENT. SAD TO SAY IT FAILED. I NEVER ACHIEVED ONE ERECTION USING IT. I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERED. AFTER ABOUT 45 DAYS I AM TRYING TO RETURN IT WITHIN THE 60 GUARANTEE PERIOD WITH NO RESULTS.

Even today

Even today, when I tried using it again, I couldn't get through at first. After calling and not getting an answer, someone eventually called me back, and I was able to place my order quickly. I’ve just received confirmation that it's on the way. Thank you and all the best!

This company has been a nightmare to…

This company has been a nightmare to communicate with. I got scammed by someone, I didn't order this, and explained this to them. I had to pay $13+ to send it back then beg 20 day later for a partial refund. Absolutely horrible scam.

Order cancel without any explaination

I am so disappointment and frustration at the response I received when attempting to place an order with this company. When I contacted your customer support team to confirm my order, I was informed that I am not allowed to order from your company, and my order got canceled without any explanation as to why this is the case. And they just tell me that go read the term and service (just like said to me go F* myself???)

As a potential customer, I believe that I have the right to know why I am not allowed to order from your company and to receive a clear and reasonable explanation for this decision. The lack of information provided by your customer support team has left me feeling confused and dissatisfied with the level of service I have received.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS-STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I called yesterday to return a purchase and was told to check my email in a few minutes. Over 24 hours later, no email. I called again just a few minutes ago and connected with Theresa who told me she would resend the return authorization (needing an RA indicates a small, lacking company). Instead of a return authorization, I received an email encouraging me to sign in to their website and submit a request. I immediately called back and got Theresa again. She is so lacking. She asked me to search for the email. There was no other email from her; however, she continued to ask me to search my inbox. I suggested she kiss her paycheck as she was the worst service person I have encountered since COVID. This company evidently does NOT want to issue refunds and teaches NO service nor service recovery. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!

I received my order no problem, two bottles of Colopril and one bottle of green pura. But no instructions do I take the green Pura with the Colopril ?

Start by taking two Colopril each day, one in the morning and another in the afternoon. If you find that you are still not having two eliminations each day, increase your daily number of capsules to four, taking two in the morning and two in the afternoon. If you still haven’t increased your number of daily eliminations to two, you can take three capsules during the morning and three in the afternoon, which adds up to six capsules daily. Do not take more than six capsules a day without talking to a healthcare provider first.

You may take 1-2 GreenPura capsules daily with a full glass of water along with Colopril.

There's nothing wrong with the product, but ...

There's nothing wrong with the product. However, the Customer Service Representatives are curt and unfriendly. This was previously reported. Apparently, nothing has changed. I wish I could say something more positive, but this has been my personal experience with the company.
