Best job board out there right now.
As a solo corporate recruiter working for a small company in a high paced industry, I am frustrated and disappointed with the former "top" job board & others in that space. iHire has become my one and only "go-to" board to post. They also offer HR services.
Their SEO is excellent, so I get results = Qualified candidates & great service when needed. Oh ... it's affordable too!
iHire is a breath of fresh air.

When an offer is made from the company
When an offer is made from the company, the recruiter should not be taking any of the benefits. I’ve seen multiple times with the job will be posted for 100,000 a year and then you fill out the application and it’s $50000.

you give no explanation of the site. I clicked on the scroll down menu and clicked interview scheduled, when there was none. There is no way to switch it back. This is a BIG problem
