I ordered the H1 pink hoverboard and go-kart for my 3 year old recently. Lovely product and looks exactly as it does online.

No longer required as a gift. Emailed 3 times, no responses. Do you have a customer service team or just tell people to email an empty inbox for a refund?

My parents bought my daughter a fabulous hoverboard a year ago, which she has had hours of fun on- a superb quality product in a gorgeous colour. I recently had to get in touch with customer service because I misplaced the charger and they have been so helpful and responsive. Can highly recommend.

This company refuses to stop spamming me with their marketing emails about their faulty and defunct products. I have emailed them directly over 10 times, to which they have replied “please confirm that you want to remove your email address” and yet, they still continue to email me. I have even rang them and spoken to someone who confirmed they would also have my email removed. This has been going on for months. I don’t understand why they simply won’t remove my data and stop spamming me with daily multiple emails. It’s ridiculous and there is something extremely fishy with this company.

Recently purchased a JT51 Treadmill from iHoverboard and I am really pleased with the quality of this item. It is really good value for money and easy to set up and use. I had a slight issue with payment due to a technical issue and I received excellent customer service, great communication and a satisfactory outcome. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service, I had a problem with the scooter charging after a month and they were very accommodating in trying to get the problem fixed. I was offered a range of options and eventually received a new scooter rather than wait for a repair. My daughter is thrilled with her scooter and I will definitely be using them again as my grandson now wants one.

It seems some people have problems with their hover board orders from this company. However, I ordered a walking pad and it arrived within 3 days shipped from China to the UK. I have the walking pad/ treadmill for a few months now and use it a few times a week. Overall I'm really pleased with my purchase so far, it does the job.

We had been struggling to get our scooter purchased 2 years ago repaired. When I contacted iHoverboard direct they were very helpful in trying to find the source of the problem but when we got nowhere with that they offered us a nearly new replacement which has arrived and we are very pleased with.

Avoid at all costs. I purchased a walking pad that was clearly defective on arrival. I immediately contacted customer service the same day to report the fault and was asked to take a video which I did. They responded encouraging me to keep the broken item for a small partial refund which I of course refused. After a back and forth of emails they insisted I had to pay another 25 pound stocking fee just to send it back! They wanted me to pay this upfront before returning which I absolutely refused, very unethical practice and i questioned the legality of this, again they tried to get me to agree to keep it and accept a small partial refund. I declined and informed them of my consumer rights, this company refused to fix, replace or take back a brand new item that did not work! Completely illegal. This went on for so long that I raised a dispute with my bank and got a full refund from them. They have tried to reverse my dispute with the bank but luckily I have enough evidence for my bank to keep fighting the case. I do not believe some of these positive reviews and would question how genuine a lot of them are. Please avoid this company completely. Any faults or broken/damaged items they will not take accountability for.

I had been thinking about buying a treadmill for a while and did quite a bit of research before choosing the ihoverboard 2in1. The company had good reviews on their treadmills which was important to me.
I'm glad I decided on this one as it arrived quickly, was well packaged and is a solid, well made product. It was easy to put together and is easy to use. It is also really helpful that it can be stored standing upright so I can put it behind my lounge door, out of the way. I chose this, rather than the incline option machine as it had a greater load bearing capacity so I figured it would be a more robust machine. It is quite heavy, which might be a problem for someone who needs to put it away after use, if they aren't able to move it but for me it wasn't an issue. I'm really glad I chose this treadmill and am enjoying using it.

10/10 for this company. Provided help when needed and very understandable:) Thankyou again one happy child.

Bought the i9 scooter for my grandson last November, stopped working so finally got hold of them, after 3 weeks going back and forward it’s the battery, will have to buy one warranty not worth the paper it’s written on. Avoid
