A great landlord association with a personal touch.
I have been a member of iHowz (previously Southern Landlords Association) for more than twenty years and am satisfied that it campaigns for a fair deal from government for private landlords, whether those with just two or three properties (such as myself) or those with larger portfolios. Some landlords associations seem to view burdensome and unreasonable legislation merely as an opportunity to increase their income by offering a wider range of services to landlords who feel beleaguered by the proliferation of rules and regulations!
