Illegal practices

I sent them a contact form days before auto-renewal, and heard nothing. They charged my card on file because I had no option of removing my payment information from their system - which has to be against the law!!!

They don't answer my emails or contact form enquiries, and I just reach an answer phone when I call. This is unbelievable....

There is no way to cancel or end my membership online in their 'members area'. There is no way to remove my payment information. There is no way to get a hold of a human in order to sort this !!!
