Her proactive communication and diligent follow-up on outstanding items, especially the urgent hotel confirmation letter, were crucial in managing the process effectively and avoiding penalties.

Pooja from IKAN was not just extremely helpful, but one of the kindest people I have met. Moving to a new country can have many challenges but Pooja was patient, understanding, and routinely follows up or checks-in to make sure I am okay.

I had initial challenges setting up a bank account which was taking over 2 weeks, however through her connections she was able to help me with a private bank where I had my account opened within 48 hours.

She helped me find a suitable place to live and was there every step of the way to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. Extra effort was put into negotiations to get me the best possible price.
