Ikano bank lost my trust
Unavailable customer support, no visibility into the loan application process, IKEA employees point fingers to Ikano Bank employees, IKANO bank employees point fingers to to IKEA employees.
And of course the biggest customer communication mess-up in recent history when they incorrectly informed every client they had that they just successfully got a loan, and asked them to do a review on Trustpilot... Well, here you go.

We take this kind of criticism very seriously, and have absolutely no interest in pointing fingers at anyone, so it would be great to hear from you regarding this matter.
Secondly unfortunately we have made a human mistake and by accident forwarded a mail to some customers with the wrong content. Once we became aware of the unfortunate mistake we immediately took actions to correct it. We are very sorry about the concerns it might have caused you and others but can assure you that we are doing our very best to make sure that this kind of mistake won’t happen again.

Ikano bank are absolute and totally terrible. I got a bonus card with the danish company Bauhaus) as I am renovating my house and use a lot of money. I do not know how and when but suddenly I am paying for a credit of DKK 1000 at a yearly interest of OVER 60%. Writting, calling, being angry does not help, the bills keep on coming. In fact I do not know what to do besides driving to a Ikano office and shout until they stop.
I have nothing but nothing good to say about this bank and I hope that I reach as many poeple as possible and they avoid Ikano Bank.
