Do not buy anything off this website. I blew over $40 on nothing and will never get it back. Customer service is non existent. I really wish I never bought from this scam website.

I don't understand the bad reviews for this company. I have ordered from them several times and have never been disappointed. Items are as described and are cheaper than retail. I love their products and delivery was on time everytime. I will continue to order from them .

Unfortunately I have to update my review from 5 stars to 1 star. If I could give no stars I would. My most recent package due to arrive on June 8th, never arrived. I reached out to Ikatehouse via message ( as the only way to contact anyone is by message or email) I explained that the package never arrived and there were no tracking updates after the 7th of June. Long story short WHEN someone ( never signs a name) finally got back to me I was told I needed to file a lost package claim. Which I attempted to do . Then I was asked for a specific number from said claim. Which I couldn't find. After finally reaching a supervisor at UPS explaining the situation she informed me that only the sender could file the claim . Which when I said as much in my email to the nameless person I am corresponding with it was implied that I was less then truthful as to what the supervisor told me. Which really p.....ed me off.
As a customer paying for shipping I should not have to do the work tracing down the package. Until it is at my door it is the senders responsibility. I have nothing to gain by being dishonest. I have asked that they just refund my purchase to no avail. It is obvious the package is lost. They will be reimbursed by UPS when they do the necessary work. In the meantime I shouldn't have to wait for a refund. It takes a day each time I try to communicate with them to get back to me. 34$ purchase should not be an issue when it is clear in the tracking that it is lost.
I really was excited to find this site. But I rate customer service over value. I'd rather pay more money and have better customer care then get a bargain and have lousy experience with service.

I am so happy I stumbled upon this site. I tell everyone I know and meet about Ikatehouse. The products and selection are quality and affordable.
It is always fun to see the new arrivals. I am probably older then the average customer but still love a great beauty product to find. You can not go wrong shopping with Ikatehouse.

10 Stars if I could. Placed my order on Thursday and receiced on Monday. I am very happy and the price was so good. I will buy from this seller again.

I'm glad I didn't read into all bad reviews. I love this site, affordable, great variety, brands, fast shipping. Don't let the negative reviews stop you. I order alot from them.

I was very skeptical ordering anything from this site after reading so much negative reviews. But i still gave it a try and my doubts were cleared 😊i am so happy that i received all my items within 2 days of my order. Thank you so much for not disappointing me. Will def buy from here !

I will never order from ikatehouse ever again!! The dove deodorant I ordered is some bootleg, disgusting deodorant and smells nothing like the original. They sell crap!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!-Ordered products over a month ago. Company sent the wrong items. Sent the items back over three weeks ago & still do not have my original order. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Never order from this company!! They will send you something you didn't even order, and no response from the company.

I will NEVER order from this company again. Product came in damaged and they offered 20% off. I asked for a new palette since that is what I purchased along with other items. They said this whole thing I have to do plus pay shipping ( both ways) and handling if I exchange it. Terrible business. Do not buy !!

This is my 3rd time ordering from ikatehouse, 100% impressed!! I love the products! An they have great prices!! Nail polish for Ice brand is only my 1 buck! The reviews about this company sounds to me like they are just made that they have real competition!.. An this is my opinion!.. I will keep ordering from this company until they give me a reason not too...

I ordered from here after hearing several YouTubers mention them. I was soo pleased with my order. Everything arrived packaged together nicely to NC in 5days from order date and 3days after shipping. I will definitely be ordering from here again!!

I ordered from here week before Christmas. With all the backed up shipping on at least half of my Christmas presents I was totally surprised my package arrived in less than a week!! I have placed a second order now! Prices are great. Products are good. I will be ordering from here from now on. Keep up the excellent work Ikarehouse! Karen

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE !!!

I ordered 3 powders from L.A. Colors, I opened the package and the powders were unpackaged and all broken. I emailed them right away, I had to wait 4 days for an answer, in the end they wrote that they would not send me new powders ... I had to order them again with the $ 15 shipping cost. The powders were $ 12 and the shipping cost $ 15,

Beware!!! I placed my order on 07/14/2020. I have never received my order. The customer service department is a joke. I sent a email to them and all I got was a dummy response with the same tracking number link that I sent to them. I am so disappointed in this company due to they are listed as the same business address as Sams Beauty which I am a valued customer with them and I have never had a problem with. I sent a dispute to the USPS and they investigated and my package was lost per the postal supervisor. I sent 2 emails and forwarded the USPS email and got another dummy response that they will follow-up but nothing back. Buyers Beware!!! If you wanna give away money and get nothing in return but irritation and no products.

!I order some items from ikathouse.com, didn't receive the items. I email and text them, no respond. So, know I got file a fraud complaint and do a dispute.

This is the second time that this happen to me. Learn my lesson, order from the company itself or well establish third party company that been around for years, do research on companies that you don't know nothing about and that someone told you about before ordering, order $10.00 worth of stuff or lesser to see if you going to receive the items, so, you won't get made if you don't receive the items because you spend an amount that you won't miss, and used a prepaid card to order. Now I know better, so I'm going to do better. Got to be more careful. You live and learn. Give ikatehouse zero stars.
