I CAN t believe customer service is…

I CAN t believe customer service is sooooo bad,
i ordered online there was a glitch and my order has been counted two times, they took money from my account 2 times (500 usd) and now they tell me that to have my money back i need to wait 3 weeks, the duplicated order is still not cancelled after 3 calls and processing.

Disgraceful online service

Disgraceful online service.

Ordered an item in June, not receive until 2 months later, missing items.

Reported missing items in June and July, still no refund in October, nearly 4 months later.

Customer service will answer your call but will not help you or assist you in any way.

I have never experienced an online shipping experience this bad in my entire life.

I have no words to explain how bad this service is, I have also already complained to Sweden's Franchise Advisor about this franchise and their online practice.

I never thought ikea will get this bad

Honestly I never thought ikea will get this bad in customer service. After almost 2 months wait for my order, they delivered it short in items that already paid for and was available at the time when I ordered. Their delivery service and customer service is awful and I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Terrible & disappointing - Shipment still not received over a month

If I had an option I would not even rate with any star for their post sales on delivery and shipment. Almost a month any my shipment hasn’t arrived. CS take ages to respond with no promised action but we will get back to you. I asked to cancel my shipment and refund my money and didn’t get any notification till now of cancellation. I was charged with shipment fees and they are promoting on social media the shipment is for Free! Unprofessional and disappointing!
