This was a terrible experience and a huge waste of time. I know computer genius, but I'm certainly not illiterate and I was unable to follow the instructions. So I reached out to the customer service. There is no phone customer service. It's all done through chat support. I am not kidding you, seven hours Toto and no results except for that now my funds are completely unprotected. Immediately started getting sexy pictures from strangers to my childrens phones (after all built-in security had been removed bye easemom/ikey/spycatcher in order to install their product - why so many names btw??). The customer service person was obviously helping multiple people at a time. I would wait 30 minutes or so while I think he's doing something and he'd come back and ask me the same questions over again like we had never talked. It was infuriating! I would ask a question and they would answer it with different wording so I couldn't really tell what the straight answer was. Which one instance seemed that we had and all installed on the phone and I, on my parent device looked at what my kids were doing. It was totally inaccurate. Never showed up, said that they had not been on the internet, the pictures were mixed up, someone phone showing on a different one. SMS messages from I have no idea where, not from the phones. I know they were inaccurate because I haven't even given the phones to my kids yet. I'm experimenting with them all by myself. This really was a huge waste of time and ended up doing Factory resets on both of the phones. I hope that they are back to normal and at least protected with the factory settings.

Well, the app is great, providing the wanted informations, keycaps, messages and much more. Although it doesn't catch MMS or Messenger pictures (on non-rotted Android). It also miss some texts sometimes, and it would be even greater if it could record Whatsapp or Messenger videocalls.
So basically it's good but it misses some functions and still has some fails.

It works! I've read reviews about tracking programs on android / keyylers. Many of them apparently do not work. Ikeymonitor had the best reviews. I bought a subscription for 1 month first. After purchasing the website, there are step-by-step picture instructions - how to configure the program. It is easy, but requires having a phone in your hand for 5 minutes. After installation, everything works! :) I can watch all activity. Cool is a keylogger. Saves the entered text regardless of the program. Everything works without my root. I do not see only the history of websites visited, because it requires root. But screenshots show. Alerts are nice. When a word is used (e.g., the name of the program) then screenshots are taken every several seconds. RECOMMEND! Everything works.

Działa! Czytałem opinie o programach do śledzenia na android/keyylogerów. Wiele z nich podobno nie działa. Ikeymonitor miał najlepsze opinie. Kupiłem najpierw abonament na 1 miesiąc. Po zakupie na stronie WWW są instrukcje obrazkowe krok po kroku - jak skonfigurować program. Jest to łatwe, ale wymaga posiadania chociaż przez 5 minut telefonu w ręku. Po instalacji wszystko działa! :) Mogę obserować całą aktywność. Fajny jest keylogger. Zapisuje wpisywany tekst bez względu na program. Wszystko działa mi bez roota. Nie widzę tylko historii odwiedzanych stron, bo to wymaga roota. Ale zrzutki ekranu pokazują. Fajne są alerty. Gdy użyte jest słowo (np. nazwa programu) wtedy są robione co kilkanascie sekund zrzuty ekranu. POLECAM! Wszystko działa.

I Have been Using this app regularly for the past few months, monitoring my son's online habits.

My operating system is for the iphone/no jailbreak. The interface is straight-forward with clear instructions & information to navigate through the system with ease.

It is a great app, that has all needed functions.
The only thing that it is easily influenced by battery saver, RAM and some programs in the phone, that stop it functioning...
I really wish the app would be stronger protected from phone systems and battery optimization...

The only rub is APPLE DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO TURN OFF 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION! I know, I tried. And I'm a tech nerd!
