I know our Director of Support Services has been in touch already and has discussed this with you. We're adding this reply for the benefit of other readers of your review, to hopefully add a little context.
You emailed a support request to us and a member of our support team responded, almost immediately. They thought they'd answered your question sufficiently and marked the case as closed. In fact, our response was not sufficent and hence you're absolutely right, we had marked the case as closed before we'd actually helped you. Our apologies that our initial response fell short.
The important point we'd like to make is that such case closure is a normal procedure for our support services as we know our customers are busy recruiters, most of whom do not have the time to come back to us to confirm when everything has been resolved. So we do proactively close cases when we believe they've been resolved and try to make it clear on the generated confirmation email that cases can be reopened if they've not been resolved to our customers' satisfaction. In fact, simply replying to the email will reopen the case automatically and our team will look into it straightaway.
Based on your feedback, we will look into making this message clearer for customers as we can see that it could look like we've been dismissive of the case when in fact, this could not be further from the truth.

Nice and easy.
