Late delivery , product (air fryer ) is of very low quality.Almost impossible to contact them to request a refund , if and when you do they expect you to pay an extortionate amount to return their really low quality goods . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CREATE/IKOHS !!!. Their products are cheap and it really shows if you are unfortunate enough to buy / receive any of them !
I have 3 of these ceiling fan..... silly me.
They have potential to be great but the company customer service is appalling.
Everytime I need a new replacement bulb I have to contact them and get some bleb who doesn't understand international bank transfers.
Thinking they can give me an Iban with nothing more to make a payment. Get real Ikohs. Going to put them all in the bin where they belong.
I bought 2 x Windcalm ceiling fans with lights in January 2021. I paid for a qualified electrician to fit them and I was very pleased.
A few weeks ago the LED lights on one of the fans flickered and then went off.
I initially thought it was the LED and was in the process of buying a replacement when I realised I could check the LED by swopping the working one in the adjacent fan. The LED did not work so I contacted CREATE to submit a fault which is where these Ikohs fans were from.
The form and information required is not obtainable from a customer, and requires the actual fan to be dismantled. This is an unreasonable ask of myself although I did my best to provide as much information as possible.
I have heard absolutely nothing from 'ELENA' at CREATE. I even sent a follow up email asking for an update.
This is not the service I expect from this company, as these fans were supposed to be top quality, and I expect a similar level of service from CREATE.
