Great experience overall
I ordered my canvas on Feb 14. It was shipped on the 21st. The tracking number showed the package stuck in Grapevine, Texas. A week later I left a comment on their Instagram. Someone reached out to me right away. After a couple of days. They declared it lost in transit and that they would send another one right away. I waited a few days for a new tracking number. In those few days I was getting concerned. I checked around for reviews. Only to find a bunch of terrible reviews. I received a new tracking number. A couple of more days. I messaged them saying it’s been in Grapevine again for a few days. So I asked them. What if this happens again? They assured me they would resend another one. None of these resends cost me anything. On the fifth day I received my canvas and I’m super happy with it. Some reviews said the quality was bad or it wasn’t what they advertised. My print is 100% what I ordered and the quality is really good. I bought a print with a black frame. The frame is solid. The print is clear. My experience turned out great.

Bought two pictures for almost $200 with the smallest size.
When I went on the page, it showed a video with a guy hanging the biggest size of the image! What a rip-off 😡😡😡
No return and no refund and NO credit !!
I showed to my teachers and everyone was shocked how expansive the picture were !
