By far the best Italian pizza in Denmark
It's impressive how such young and enthusiastic guys and girls can make a pizza which closely reminds me of the Neapolitan one I used to have in Italy.
I guess the secret is that they don't compromise on quality of ingredients and equipment (I’ve noticed that in Randers they use one of the most modern and expensive Italian hybrid pizza ovens on the market).
The personnel are extremely kind, their application well-functioning and intuitive, the customer service always willing to help.
Keep up the good work!

Worst service in Viborg
Worst service in Viborg. Pizza is very tasty in this place, but employees don’t not have any clue about “good customer service”. Girl who’s worked on Sunday (04.12.2022) has to be replaced or at least have some lessons how should look good customer service.

I found a piece of glass in the pannacotta
Pizza was good but I found a piece of glass inside the pannacotta dessert and I almost swallowed it. The dessert is served inside a nice glass jar and the jar was intact so the piece of glass must come from some other place. While I was eating the dessert I noticed something crunchy in my mouth. I tried to bite it since I thought it was a frozen piece of fruit but when I noticed that it was really hard I spit it out and noticed that it was a sharp piece of glass that could have killed me if ingested.

First off I want to start by offering our deepest apologies as you’ve received a dessert from one of our stores with a piece of broken glass. We fully agree that it could have been a very dangerous situation, had you ingested that bite instead of spitting it out.
We take this matter very serious and have stopped the sale on both our desserts in all of our stores immediately, as we have to make sure that this doesn’t happen again. Furthermore we will get in immediate contact with our supplier, hopefully with a batch number, so that they can stop selling from that same batch and maybe even recall the whole batch as well. My pizza was so badly burnt, that I could not eat it. Toppings were missing and the pizza was not cut.

The tomato sauce was quite good, but…
The main issue for me is that the pizza was undercooked and not much cheese on it. The edges of the pizza was way too large, and because it was a bit undercooked, it was a bit chewy.
Both marguerita and “say cheese” pizzas were almost with similar taste. Not much Gorgonzola on “say cheese”.
Sorry but it was not a good experience in terms of taste.
In terms of online service, it was great.

The ordering process is a bit annoying…
The ordering process is a bit annoying on the website I tried to order a pizza with lots of toppings but somehow I ended up with a margarita. The staff didn't do this fail. It showed margarita on the check but I was really disappointed and couldn't call anywhere to get the right pizza so I had to accept this blank pizza that night
