lduomo has been my go-to online luxury goods store for the past three years, and it remains my absolute favorite. While the shipping costs to the USA can be a bit high, I truly appreciate that return shipping is completely free, which balances things out nicely.
Their customer service is consistently helpful, and I've found their response rate to be impressively fast, typically within the same day, unless it's a weekend.
It's important for shoppers to be aware that VAT isn't included in the listed prices. Also, due to recent policy changes, tariffs can be an unpredictable factor. However, these are external factors and have nothing to do with Ilduomo's excellent service or policies. Overall, my experience with them has been consistently positive, and I highly recommend them for luxury goods.

Fast delivery, great price
I was a little nervous ordering as I saw some bad reviews but I didn’t need to be. My order was dispatched extremely fast, I’m in the UK and received the shoes in 2 days! They’re in pristine condition and we’re very carefully packaged. I’m very happy and will definitely order again.
