I cannot say if I like or dislike the service as I have not received delivery of my shed as yet or any communications to say when I will receive it

Delivery was not flexible at all even on the day made us wait in all day to find out we were last drop at 6.30 at night not impressed and won't use again

Disappointing service. Order states delivered with 10 days. Whilst this is an estimated delivery time after waiting 5 working days and no communion/delivery date etc I contacted the customer care team. I was then given a date for delivery almost 3 weeks after the order was placed.

Have not had delivery yet order number 366711 cannot get threw the phone not good

Smooth purchase, no problems, or issues. I didnt need to speak to anyone so i cant comment on their customer services. But i chose the day of delivery at the time of ordering and thats when it arrived, everything i ordered and all in good condition. The delivery driver was brilliant, very helpful.
The shed, is just as it looked but it is a bit flimsy in places so I will need to do a couple of modifications, instructions are ok, a bit vague in places but not difficult but it still took 3 of us a few hours to build.
Overall.. Good service and a good shed i would recommend ilikesheds to my friends

Great website. Good photos and choice of sheds and summer houses.
Good correspondence by email. Delivered when stated and had a phone call from the driver to give half hours notice.
Instructions for building of the summer house weren't very detailed Diagrams could have been better. I think if someone wasn't used to DIY they would struggle to assemble.
Finished product looks good. Great price.

A number of smaller pieces did not fit and had to be cut to size.
The door hinges do not line up with solid wood no the door and body of shed also it looked like a number of the nails use to construct the shed were old and rust,I also had to go around the shed once it was erected and knock a large number of nails in as they had not been properly knocked home

the staff were very polite and helpful but the shed was
really bad. there were knot holes that you could see
right through.the roof beams were not cut to the angle
of the shed .If it was a flat roof yes it would have been ok
but as a pent roof needs the beams cut at a angle these
were straight cut. I know im a bit large (17 1/2 st) when
Ilaid the floor down and stood on it the floor wasn't strong
enough and just bent.

For the most part a good quality shed let down by a bad locking mechanism - the little thing that is meant to keep the door closed is totally ineffectual.
