Wee ordered a shed in 4 th April on the web site said free uk delivery but charged us £150 delivery we have phone and emailed but no response what’s so ever no word if she’d delivery

I chose the shed from this company because it was the only one I could find of the exact size I wanted (2m x 0.9m) and it appeared to be good quality. It was due to be delivered on a Saturday but I was called the day before to say there were problems with the supplier and delivery was rescheduled for the following Wednesday. Delivered by two really nice guys late in the afternoon who left it exactly where I asked with every panel having a sheet of paper stapled to it with my name and address and the size of the shed (2m x 0.9m) as per my order. No mention then that it wasn't the size I'd ordered. It was now almost dusk so I didn't have a chance to look at it in detail and with every panel saying the correct size I (wrongly) assumed I have received what I had ordered. My friend started to construct it the following afternoon and when I came home from work he was halfway through building it. I looked at it and thought something was wrong. Measured it and it was the wrong size (1.7m x 0.7m). There was also only one set of hinges, no 40mm screws as specified in the build instructions and the roofing felt provided didn't cover the whole roof. We stopped any further build and I sent and email immediately. I was advised they wouldn't take the shed back as it had started to be built it but they would send the missing parts and investigate what had gone wrong (my expectation was that this meant there would be some sort of service recovery). After chasing emails asking what had gone wrong and how was I going to be compensated I was advised it must have been a manufacturing error and they wouldn't provide any compensation for providing the wrong shed. I asked for a name of a manager to escalate my complaint but was told by the person who I had been dealing with was that he was the sales and customer service manager. When every single panel has a piece of paper stapled to it saying the size of your ordered shed are you supposed to get a tape measure out to check it before building it ?? I now have a wrong sized shed, which doesn't meet my requirements but as my friend stared to build it I get no compensation for receiving the wrong shed !! Really !! To say I am an unhappy customer would be an understatement. I emailed the customer service manager again and suggested (as he didn't think giving me the wrong shed deserved any sort of service recovery) that I was interested in a log store and whether he would give me a unit at as discount and agreed to give me a unit at cost price as an apology for the error. I identified the one I wanted and by the time he replied it had been removed from their website. I identified another option as was offered £25 off a unit which cost nearly £300. In the meantime - 6 weeks after receiving the shed I still never received all the required roofing felt. I wish I'd read the other Trustpilot reviews before I purchased from this company. AVOID !

I had been looking for a particular style small greenhouse for ages and found the 3 x 2 Sentry Greenhouse, which was just what I was looking for. My order was placed and confirmed online and the following day I received a call to be informed that this item was no longer in stock. Gutted! However Adam suggested an alternative option which was for them to make the same style shed for me with Pressure Treated Tongue and Groove wood.
The green house took a couple of weeks to arrive, but its a very sturdy, solid build and the exact style I was looking for. The team went over and above the normal customer service and I'm so pleased with my new greenhouse! Thanks again for going out of your way for me, much appreciated!

Metal i would say more like flimsy tin put your hand on it and it bends !!! Really hard to put together very pricey for such a cheaply made shed sorry i bought it its a disgrace paid £527 not worth £100 charged me an extra 100 fo a floor that is basicly 2 peices of chipboard !!

I ordered a shed from these guys - and unlike some comments below, communication was very good. I have had the shed for almost a year. It developed a mall leak in the roof - I spoke to the company and they had someone come out and resolve within a week. i must say, I was very surprised at such a quick resolution to the problem almost a year later. Refreshingly good customer service and will order here again.

Ordered a £1000 shed that included installation. The shed took about two weeks to come, then another two weeks later a guy came to install it. Inbetween there was no communication via email. I had to constantly phone them for updates. So the guy installed it, left most of the felt tacks and huge screws all over the garden nd inside the shed. Two days later, the felt blew off the roof and the Windows blew out. Past three days I've been on the phone to ilike sheds, they have said they will arrange for it to be fixed, now today they are telling my disabled husband he has to fix it himself! I urge no one to buy from these absolute cowboys.. Also when you phone, they come up with excuses.. Like their premises were robbed, or their systems are down. To get through you have to push option 1 for sales, because customer service option 2 never works!

Ordered a shed for a cost of £795, been messed about with delivery and installation. Communication was terrible about when the shed would be delivered, company expected us to take time off work at short notice and cancelled installation then rearranged at short notice. Team eventually turned up to install shed, didn't seem to know what they were doing, erected a third of the shed and then just left it, said they would return the next day and they never did, tried to rearrange for a day later, didn't turn up, then said they would come the next day, again didn't arrive. Eventually arrived on a Sunday which inconvenienced us again as we had planned to go out that day. A single installer turned up and it took him all day, he confirmed that the installation team had put items in upside down and didn't know what they were doing. I put in a complaint to the company but they don't seem interested, just an apology with the booking system being all over the place. Will not offer any financial recompense, not even a token gesture !! Do not use this company.

Terrible company, no communication, ordered and paid £800 5th sept waited 5 weeks, messages and emails completely ignored eventually shed delivered wrong frontage and door doesnt fit, now back onto them and their (couldn't care attitude) is shocking. I most certainly would NOT recommend this company.

Terrible customer service shed delivered but driver forgot the fixing kit and intructions after 9 days still unable to assemble my shed. Fixing kit I was told it would be with me within a couple of days,then again few days later still no show.
Can’t talk to anyone on the phone as all they do is tell you to leave a message and they will get back to you they never do.
I would steer clear of this company.
Update
Having been promised a fixing kit had been sent out by different courier and would arrive today this has yet again failed to arrive.

Sadly I discovered this morning that I like sheds were unable to deliver my shed today due to a personal emergency. I accept that such things happen and am not making a fuss over that.
However, I am shocked by their lack of customer service since. I left a voice mail because the customer service queue on the phone was so long. I did not have my call returned. I rang in again and spoke to someone who seemed somewhat disinterested - was offering me a delivery on Thur or Fri next week which I can’t do because I won’t be in. I requested that she try and get me an earlier slot and she finally agreed to speak to planning. I asked for a call back. Five hours later I had heard nothing. I called in again at 4:45 only to be on hold until I was disconnected because the offices shut.

I originally booked the delivery a month in advance to tie in with time off work when we could build the shed. I do believe the company should be making some effort to rearrange as quickly as possible given that the problem was at their end and they supposedly offer 48h delivery/Sat delivery etc. At the very least, I would have expected someone to bother to ring me back.

Update - Monday. After sending 2 emails over the weekend and writing the review I got a call mid morning. I had the same conversation as on the previous Fri - I wouldn't be in on Fri, could they not do a quicker delivery etc. They went away again to find out but did call me back within a couple of hours. No joy with a faster delivery - claim 48h delivery option is not available everywhere (I live in a town not in a rural location) so I finally had to accept the Friday on the basis they'd leave the shed in a garage. I do think an extra week is a long time to have to wait. I was offered a timber planter as an apology which is a nice gesture. Let's hope the shed is worth it.

Found these guys online and went to the showroom in Bedford - good idea, as it was great to see the quality beforehand. Purchased over the phone the following week and negotiated a 10% discount, arrived a week and a half later with excellent tracking and a friendly driver (Via Shire) and it went up pretty well. Had a problem with the felt which was rectified with no quibbles, sent out a new roll within 2 weeks. Highly recommended!

Website easy to navigate and delivery was quick and, shed was as described, I am very happy with my purchase.

WAITED 2 WEEKS ONLY FOR THE WRONG PARTS TO ARRIVE.
ASKED FOR THE SHEDS TO BE COLLECTED AND 2NO NEW SHEDS DROPPED OFF. ARRIVED TODAY WITH ONE SHED BUT COULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME BECAUSE THE SHEDS THAT WERE TO BE COLLECTED WERE NOT BOXED.
THREE WEEKS LATER £2200 OUT OF POCKET, SHEDS THAT CAN'T BE BUILT OR COLLECTED.

I read all the five stars given to for the shed supplied. Well all I can say is that they must have got them from a different supplier than I did. The shed was supposed to have been dipped well the windows was and missed a lot of the wooden fixings. The wood was so badly aliened that the door wouldn't fit. The felt for the roof was short (I had to go and buy my own). The wood for the roof was so thin it bowed. I have taken photographs if you would like to see then.

Excellent shed and service. I had 4 sheds in 2 separate deliveries. delivery guys we great although timing was a little early ( before 7 am ) on second delivery. Easy sheds to put together although windows could be stronger.
My only negative was the transport blocks at the bottom of sides , front and back should be screwed on not nailed as they are hard to pry off as it was only myself 49 yr old women and my friend 55 yr old woman putting them up but we managed

The quality of the shed is poor but in saying that I guess u get what you pay for. Wish I had opted for a more expensive one. Delivery was quick and on time but not exactly sure why they didn't send 2 people instead of one to off load or is that just me being lazy. All in all service was pretty good but as I've said earlier the shed quality is pretty poor.
