Delivered as agreed and good value shed for little expense, windows a bit floppy though !

The shed was easy to build and looks great. Good value for money. Although it did arrive a day early from what I had ordered. Thankfully the nice delivery driver waited for me to hurry home.

Ordered a shed online and was given a delivery date, no information forwarded, I aranged time off work, only after contacting the company did they come back with a delivery date after the specified date.

Only used this company as they had a 3 day turn around, nearly 3 weeks later, still no shed. If you want a shed go elsewhere

Lovely shed for money but floor slightly spongy otherwise really good.would recommend.

Shed ok but asked driver to help bring shed in gate didn't really want to help me explained I just had heart attack so couldn't lift things on my own and needed the help he help put the base in and that was it not happy with that as had to struggle trying to get it in off the pavement

Altogether, the shed looks ok. There is damage to one Of The panels and the small 20mm screw heads were too small for brackets and so kept going through without securing. Also damage to the top stringer Of The front panel. I repaired myself but not what I would have expected

really good ordering service and delivery went without a hitch.Shed is good but only bad thing is there are a lot of knot holes in the wood so hope rain doesn't get in.

Had shed fitted today in poring rain by two great fellows done a great job no fuss.
Delivered on Monday by Paul early morning very willing Pearson.

Had a confirmation by email for delivery bin 8 to 8 on the 8th August . No show. It arrived at 10 on the 9th and customer services could not be bothered to phone or email me. I had to take a day off work which cost me over £60. Won't be recommending to anyone else or using again. Product great -Customer services crap

Like sheds was good but there fiancé suppliers were not

I love my shed.the only fault i have is that a few screw holes on the roof let in water which isn't very much

I ordered it for a specific day....it arrived on the said day at 7am in the morning. They had texed me the night before to say it was arriving at that specific time. Gentleman delivering was lovely n put it in my garden n gave me few tips. Upto now (Because the product has not yet been put up as only delivered today) but alls well n the man says any problems to ring them.

The service was good in terms of promptness, politeness and efficiency.
However product leaves a lot to be desired.
1. The base of shed is very flimsy ...I bought additional and plywood and made a more robust one.
2. The shrink wrapping was so tight the barge boards were split.
3. In fact barge boards were only lengths on T&G panelling and inaapropriate for intended use.
4. Nailing of the panels innacurate and caused splitting of framing.

East to order delivery spot on & east to assemble & sturdy & looks good

The shed was delivered promptly . The driver was very helpful & friendly . There were a couple of slacks cracked . But overall we got what we paid for .

Great service from the booking online , to the girl telling me when the shed was coming, to the driver phoning updates when the delivery would arrive.
