Bought right AirPods pro 1 and the battery drop down faster than my 3years old left airpod. Still got 20% on the left when "new" right one disconnect. Asked for a prepaid label to return it because it's defective (it's not a retraction ! As long as I can get a brand new product, I don't ask for a refund). No answer from the seller. So just avoid them.

Shocking company. Cancelled my order within minutes of ordering. Got emails advising the order was in the process of being cancelled, then that it was cancelled, however the product has still been dispatched 2 days later. No doubt it will now be a nightmare to get it returned / the money back. Wish we'd read all reviews for this outfit on the dot com and dot uk reviews on TrustPilot. 5-star reviews on here are clearly manufactured.

Sent the product back to them and got no refund. Email them, no reply.

Ordered a Left AirPod Pro Earbud, the online instruction guide did not work,went to error code 404. The serial details on the pod where not the same as Apples but had made in Chine instead, would not pair with the case, Wish I had checked these reviews first, should have gone direct to Apple store.

I bought a Left AirPod 2nd generation came very quickly and in good condition. However, it did not come with an instruction manual and I can’t get it to charge to connect to my phone, plus there’s no support or contact information on the website. So if anyone had the same problem and solved it please email me :) bethwaters22@icloud .com

I ordered this product on the 1st of September and I still haven't received it .I contacted DHL and they said you guys didn't even give the item to them that's crazy!?!. You guys either give me a refund

Been trying to get in contact with them for almost two weeks now about a refund that didn’t go well. Still no response which i’m starting te get upset about!

My AirPods Pro case stopped working so I bought a new one from this website. They sent the product from Germany to Ireland, it’s a brand new product working perfectly. Recommended!

Regretting that i didn't read the reviews of this company before ordering. I ordered left and right airpods pro but the left one was clearly used with discoloration and cracks. Right one was original and made in Vietnam but the left one was lighter and made in China. I have wrote an email to them and have contacted them through the contact form on website and i got no response at all. There was no return form in the package so i have to pay 15€ postage for return and still no guarantee I'll receive my money back let alone be reimbursed for the return postage due to their sham of trying to sell used airpods as new.

Airpod finally arrived but doesn't work. Sending emails to return it but still no reply after 4 days. I wouldn't use them again. They have been terrible to deal with just because the customer service is not existent.
