Lovely fast delivery a was what I expected.
Only downfall is could have an extra strap length ways down the bag to help for easier handling when you got 2-3 of the bags

Sizing is really small and I’m not able to return my order as it was personalised.

Great quality just what I was looking for. Wish I’d found this earlier. Also I’d only ordered one Pom Pom ( my mistake ) and a lady called me to check this was correct. so I was able to add an extra Pom Pom to my order. Very grateful.

Amazing quality and the colours are beautiful 😍

Ordered a load of poms for our Pom dance cheer team. Half of which were perfect, the other half in another colour had a mix up with the colour name ordered and weren’t to satisfaction. However, despite this error when ordering, speaking to Gillian she graciously allowed me to return the incorrectly ordered poms and buy a new set of the correct colour way!! Overall such a helpful and generous company. Could not recommend more.
